We stopped in at 6:30 left at 8:00 we had bourbon shrimp n chicken, cheddar bacon chicken, 2 house salads, kids cheeseburger and... as an appetizer pub brew waffle fries. Salads came out fast never got our appetizer asked about it server went and checkedkitchen said ?waiting on fries to thaw?. Asked again about them and ended up saying forget them we didn?t want them with ourfood! Server was awesome brought cheeseburger out for our toddler finally! Our food arrived chicken was burned so bad itslivered when cut and couldn?t even chew it! Bacon was burned to a crisp. The server kept apologizing for his kitchen. Hemanaged to get us a discount but seriously for the wait and food should have been better! Wasn?t even a full house! Applebee?suse to be good but even the one in Sidney we had horrible service! The food was pretty good, but I had the sirloin which was VERY salty. It was cooked to a perfect medium. Jazlyn was an... exceptional server. Attentive and friendly and she kept up with my husband?s tea which is not an easy task. Would have given 5stars but the saltiness of the meal was a bit much. Read more
One of the best bar tenders Ive seen in a long time. She sings a ton of songs and is wicked quick for service. I ate at the bar... and the dialogue with frequent customers was awesome it's more than a job for her.. the food was hot and tastes as expected fora large chain restaurant. Read more
We used to enjoy eating here. Sadly it?s not worth our time anymore. Our server was awesome! Prompt and courteous! They have an IMPOSSIBLE burger ???? ???? finally apple bees has a vegan entree! Get it without cheese if you are vegan, I added... jalapeños & for the price ($17 w appetizer, fries(also broccoli ???? side also vegan)& Diet Coke) it was not bad at all. I really wanted to give a better rating, but one employee made it very hard to give 4 stars (really wanted to rate a 3, but... actions speak louder than words). First, I want to say that our server Amy was awesome! She did great, was prompt, courteousand friendly! Food was good, one of the kids even wanted to try the "impossible burger", and he said it was almost as good as areal burger! Now, the front of house kid, Jacob, is maybe not the person that should be greeting guests. He is loud andobnoxious. And no, I'm not just being a Karen...cussing, crude jokes, just general inappropriate behavior from anyone workingwith the public. And no, it wasn't just us, there were a couple of other tables that also heard and complained to themanager. I was not impressed by this location or the service in general. I ordered food online to be picked up in store. This was the... first time picking up food from an Applebee's and didn't get any info on where to go once we got there in the confirmationemail. Why doesn't it say something about there being a shelf by the kitchen where food orders go? The Three Cheese Penne wasovercooked and the noodles were huge. It tasted okay but the chicken was so tough I could tell the person cutting it had a hardtime. And chewing it was difficult. I ate maybe half and I am glad I ordered a side salad. They can't over cook that! Myhusband's Oriental Chicken Salad was decent. The Chicken Wonton Tacos are delicious but not something to get as to go. Gave overall 5 stars because it was veterans day and they were busy. Gave individual 4 stars because it was veterans day and... they were busy. Hope that makes sense. Steak was ordered rare but served medium. Waitress was friendly and professional butwasn't able to check on us often. Very packed, but it was a holiday, so overall the experience was exactly what anyone wouldexpect. Not complaining one bit, just sharing the experience. 100% would go back!
