Hot RB 1/2 fat, gravy broken and cold, bread hard as rocks and sour. Potato soup barely warm enough to serve and too salty. The... smothered rib eye in wine, butter, mushrooms sauce was the worst attempt of gourmet cooking since human's first animal slaughterfor food. I felt bad for the beast. Good environment, decent drinks and good service. Appetizers were subpar and we ordered a pizza that wasn't cooked at all. 100%... uncooked dough all the way through. Waitress took it back to the kitchen, came back and asked us if we'd like it recooked ortaken off the bill, when she went back to inform the kitchen we didn't want it recooked, the kitchen clapped and cheeredfollowed by roars of laughter. Worst food ever I just got the steak loaded nachos. The cheese was suppose to be queso and it was melted cheddar, the steak... was old and dried, the lettuce isn't even on the menu came full of wilted lettuce. My husband and I went for a quick dinner and ran into another couple that we joined. We had a horrible time trying to get... service as the 3 wait staff were too busy talking to the bartender and ignoring their tables. My husband had to go to the bar toget our drinks. It was not a busy night, we were one of 5 tables which included a party of 10. Two other tables walked out as noone would acknowledge them. Considering how good the food and drinks are, if you have a great wait staff, they should be makingbank. I know how I tip and if I had gotten better service, our server could have made a lot more off our table. 5/20/22. A muchbetter experience this time. We did have to wait about 20 minutes for a table but Vanessa took great care of us. We had ourdrinks, appetizer, salads AND entrees in less than 22 minutes after we had ordered. And YES, I did time it based on our lastexperience. I had the walleye and it was fabulous. I will definitely get it again. Read more
The food is great and the servers are very friendly. It is evident that the new servers don't receive much hospitality training,... and they are short staffed when it's busy, but they do a good job. Super yummy food! Read more
