I want to apologize for the 1 star review but this was my first time ever at Cinnabon. Went in and the person seemed nice... enough. Told them it was my first time in so I'd like to try the classic. There was a fresh batch the employee said they justpulled out of the oven. They looked delicious. The person behind the counter grabbed me an older one from the front. It lookeddry and stuff but she microwaved the bun for a couple seconds. I thought this odd but I smiled and said thank you. Excited totry my Cinnabon hastily I dove in! Trying to cut through the shell was hard enough but my first dry stale bite really made melook at the person I was with and asked them if that's how it should be? They said no, after they took a bite (they were theones talking it up to me). I went back in with my old bun and I nicely asked for a fresh one off the pan she said had just comeout. She then said they're all fresh and proceeded to give me an older, already warned up roll. Needless to say. I don't know ifI'll ever be back or ever recommend this establishment.
