I first found this SubWay Restaurant at the beginning of the Pandemic and lock down. I noticed, right away, how clean and... sanitized the store was kept. What started as a casual first time purchase has turned into two or three times a week. The staffis excellent and I believe it is because of the owner, Harry, who is always around and so very friendly and helpful. A I saidthe restaurant itself is immaculate and the staff and owner are wonderful but the best part is the food. I do purchase from thislocation two to three times a week and have tried just about every sandwich and salad. The bread is baked fresh everyday and youcan tell it is by the smell, feel and taste. The meats are very fresh and not skimped on in any way. The vegetables taste likethey were just picked from the garden and so crisp and tasty, I just love it. The subs are well packed with meat and yourfavorite vegetables but sometimes I treat myself to a deluxe which is extra meat and wow, so darn good. Love this SubWay! Read more
Went in to order a Pizza Sub. It hasn't been on the official menu for years, but every subway I've gone to has know what it was... or asked me how to make it, so no problem. I have lived in 4 states and traveled to mant more and I've always been able to get aPizza Sub with no problem. When I ordered it, an employee who was sitting in uniform in the lobby eating said "We don't do thathere." The poor guy who was helping me asked how to make it, so I told him then he asked the girl how to ring it up and she said"We don't do that" very rudely. When I explained the subway across town and every other subway does, she said "We don't do thathere. It's not on the menu." So I then said it isn't on any location's menu anymore, it's an old sandwich and she told me theydon't do that and her "mom is in management". Thankfully, the gentleman went ahead and made the sandwich and rang me out, butpoor guy has to work with that b****y chick. She should have just kept her mouth shut because I'll be going to a differentSubway from now on. Read more
Food was ok.. Not well put together but taste was good. Both of the workers were a Lil on the bitchy side. I did not want my... bread toasted so I asked for him to hear up at chicken with the cheese on top like I have been doing for years and he then beganto question how he was going to get it off the paper and making it seem like im the only one to ever ask for my sub to not betoasted! The the lady was like if that's how she wants her food then give it to her like that. They made me feel like my foodwas nasty or something. Shes like he's new its not his fault.. I blame the trainer! And shes in the back yelling out thingsabout her baby daddy and using profanity when I know they see I have my son with me! Over all not sure I will return!! bothemployees very rude after I had to tell them to stop talking about marijuana with another customer while my son was sitting nextto me they began speaking about me to another customer and laughing about me asking them to stop talking about it! I will becontacting a manager or their corporate office.. edit number to I asked it to employees if this is a franchise or a corporateand they said it's a franchise and I'm sitting in the car and the girl runs off and calls what I could only think would be themanager and starts talking about it. I have went to subway on northern Lake right on US-1 I was waiting patiently for someone to come out and take my order but no... was there so I rang the bell like three times the worker black man came out of the bathroom yelling saying I was rude he was inthe bathroom yelling at me then refused to take my order constantly yelling saying I'm rude and disrespectful and that I removedhis sign un purpose mind me there is camera and they can see I was waiting patiently. The owner harry is very nice and makes the bread and cookies fresh everyday. Reading some of the other reviews that are 1 stars... saddens me that most of the reasons they are 1 star are not the fault of the owners. Read more
