We had our granddaughter's baby shower at Sandpiper Restaurant in Old Port Cove and were so impressed by everything!!! The view... of the marina and water were spectacular! The staff was extremely attentive...clearing plates, refilling drinks and helping usclean up after the event with smiles on their faces the entire duration of the party. We couldn't be more grateful to themanagement team for the incredible expertise, party planning ideas, and knowledgeable advice on how to make our event flowflawlessly and successfully. And the food was so delicious and fresh!! Several of our guests came up to us to say how much theyenjoyed the quality and exquisite taste of everything. My husband and I are members of Sandpipers. We always have a great time there, it is just a nice place to stop in for a casual... meal, or a nice dinner. I made a surprise birthday party for him. John North, the banquet manager was amazing to work with. Hewas very attentive and helpful in planning menu choices and the food and service were excellent. Sandpiper Cove very nice meal, atmosphere and service! We ate dinner here last night. We wanted to view their private function... room. Melisa, our server was wonderful. Saturday, October 6th was a very special day. We celebrated my daughter?s bridal shower. Sandpiper Cove was the perfect place.... The banquet room has the most lovely view. The location is perfect. My new husband and I booked Sandpiper's Cove at Old Port Cove Yacht Club & Marina for our wedding ceremony and reception, and it... was the best decision! We absolutely cannot recommend it highly enough.
