I was disappointed that I ordered extra cheese and yet there were dry patches on the dough without any cheese. When I drew this... to the Manager's attention she did not offer to do anything to make it right. Rather than argue, I have decided to never returnto this location as this has happened here before. The one off Military trail in Palm Beach Gardens is better but I think I'lljust take a break from Papa John's altogether. Read more
For the second time in a row I have placed an order, and provided details about where I live and the gate code. Both the orders... have failed to show up. I even called the store to make sure that they were in contact with the driver to be able to locate myhouse and I was assured they would. Manager and owner should be embarrassed. Unfortunately, this was a bust. I ordered a pizza with mushrooms and onions. Extra actually, and three slices had no mushroom at... all, and there were barely any onions as if onions are so expensive, lol. The delivery driver was very late he drove right pastmy place and was lost for half an hour. I called and spoke with the manager and rudely asked me if she should remake the pizza.Tasha, I believe that was her name, made me feel like the minute I hung up they were going to maybe spit in my food. Meanwhileit?s almost an hour later and no notifications or confirmation that they are delivering the new pizza. I spent over $30 for asingle pizza pie with just some mushrooms and onions on it, what did I get? Hardly any ingredients including the cheese, it wasthe most pathetic looking pizza I?ve ever had in my life and it didn?t taste much better either . I will never order from thisplace again. Read more
WORST EXPIRIENCE EVER!!!!! I pre ordered...PRE ORDERED pizza for my kid's class party. I placed the order at 9:45 am for 1:45... delivery. I was initially happy with them because I forgot to ask them to party cut the pizza, I called and a gentleman assuredme it would be done, so I had high spirits. Fast forward to drop off time, I gave them a 10 minute window. I called the schoolat 1:55.....no pizza. I all of a sudden get a tracker text from PJ and it literally showed the driver driving everywhere AROUNDthe school but not to the school... I legit watched for 2 minutes before calling the store. I called the store to inquire(again, this is for a kid's party so it needed to be there some time ago) and the manager snapped at me!!!! over the pizza IPAID FOR!!!! he hung up and I guess called the delivery driver, he calls me back and goes off again!!! he kept saying he doesn'tcare, he doesn't need, he doesn't want... but not once did he calm down!!! I NEVER raised my voice at him!!! and he snapped atme for no reason. I ordered from them because I expected much more than I got. Will never order from here again... Latasha was the manager who stated she have worked here for 20 years. She have no customer service and very disrespectful. I... ordered food at 6:55pm was told it would be one hour. 9:15 I called and was told they preparing it. She laughed as if it was ajoke. I asked for my money back and was told 3 to 5 days. Not sure what happened to this place, we used to order all the time. Last 2 orders our "original crust" pizza and bread sticks... have been hard as rocks. The first time I thought it was a fluke, but it's not, it's borderline inedible. Avoid. Read more
I order a pizza one and a half hours before they closed. They charged my card and I got a tracking number. I got a notification... saying they were running behind. When I called I got and automatic message that they were closed. No delivery has been made. DONOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION! Now I have to go through customer service to get my money back. Read more
