There was 2 people in line and 7 employees and not one would come and take our orders..The employees saw us but acted like we... were not there send nothing..Poor customer servicce..This was at nite not like they were busy..Very Very disappointed.. Read more

We asked for coffee light and sweet, but received dark coffee. On the upside, the food was hot and fresh!
3rd different McDonalds I've visited in this area in as many days and they all have one thing in common - they're terrible! ... It's bad enough few employees can communicate effectively in English but tonight's counter employee is math challenged. Shortchanged me $5. Finally got the manager to attend to the problem and she acted like it was my fault. I don't fault theemployees as much as the district manager. Read more
