Very disappointed in this location. We went to the location by the food court. The kid that was at the register would not listen... to what our order was. We kept asking for a small lemonade but they kept saying that they dont offer that. It was on the boardand was ordered by someone before us and after. When we were trying to tell him we had a coupon for a free pretzel on the app,he would not listen. When he was checking us out, i told him again that we had a coupon for a pretzel as i had been holding upthe app barcode during the entire time. By the time he finally listened, the coupon was gone. I told him dont worry about thepretzel and we no longer wanted it since we could not use the coupon. He kept asking if we wanted to buy the pretzel after i hadto kindly ask him to remove it from the total. We kept telling him we were not getting it. I finally had to tell him that wedont have enough to get the drink AND the pretzel and NO we were not buying it. Only the lemonade. He finally had it removed butseemed annoyed with us. We tried to not show our frustration even though this was an awful experience. We ALWAYS have a greatexperience, but this time? With this cashier? It was awful. Read more
