I pulled up to the drive through late at night around 11 pm. I was greeted by an unpleasant employee who rushed me into making... order. She was rude and sassy about my order. When I asked for French toasts sticks she seemed dumb founded that I would asksuch a question. Not knowing the French toast was only served in the morning. I preceded to order the rest of my food and wentto the first window. When I got to the window I said hi as a friendly gesture and got a blank stare. She then came to the windowand didn?t say hi or greet me in anyway. She then informed me that she was out of sprite. She also said that they alreadycleaned the frosty machine and refused service. I was very upset by this so I calmly told her we would just go to McDonald?s.She proceed to give me an attitude and slam the window in my face. If you are ever thinking of going to the north Ogden Wendy?sthink again.Worst customer service I?ve ever seen. Absolutely absurd. Workers are brazen, no food available. Don?t go there! Read more
Horrible service plain and simple! My food was cold and stale. The girl put all my 4 meals in 1 bag and still gave me attitude... when I asked if all 4 meals were in the 1 bag. I pulled over and checked my order and was missing nuggets & fries I had to go in& still got attitude for making my point as to why i had asked if all 4 meals fit in the bag. This place has gone down hill since I was last there. They used to be fast and clean, but when I went there it was disgustingly... filthy. Grime everywhere, a used cup in the soda machine, floors sticky, and crumbs of food everywhere. Knowing how clean andefficient this place used to be made me feel disgusted by the way it is now. Every time I go here I am disappointed. I don't know why I still try. I placed a mobile order and after finally getting to the... speaker I waited about 4 minutes just for them to take my order. Once at the window they didn't even speak to me, just handedme my bag. Knowing better I checked inside and my sauces weren't there, but there was a sauce I didn't order. I asked for a fewmore bbq and was handed one with a blank stare. I decided to cut my losses and accept the one sauce. At this point I shouldhave gone inside to fix everything. But I didn't, and I came home to open up a bag of cold food. I paid $9 for cold food,terrible service, and a long wait. Do better. Read more

We went at lunch time and it was really busy. I could see only 2 people working. One taking orders and one fixing the food. For... as busy as they were these two people did an outstanding job! The orders were correct. They definitely needed someone in thelobby cleaning off tables. The two employees should get A RAISE! Read more
Bun was super hard on part of my son's burger. They refused to replace it even though I asked. Their reason was because he... discovered it partway through eating it. Fries weren't any better; each container had ones like this in it. Their service isslow and completely not up to par; ordering took about 5-8 minutes, and they still didn't get order right. Dine in area isn'tkept clean either. Worst Wendy's I have been to. I won't be returning; a customer behind me said they know to not come to thisone, because it has a bad reputation. Read more
I ordered two chicken sandwiches, one spicy one pub sandwich. The new ones got charged $28. They didn?t give me a receipt cause... they gave me the wrong sandwiches. They gave me $1.50 sandwiches two of them. I tried to call about five or six times never gotan answer seriously worst place ever. Read more
