I work close to this Arby's and decided to try it for lunch. I arrived at 11:30 a.m. and found that the dining room was closed,... so the only option was the drive-thru. I got in line, and I sat there for 10 minutes without moving. There were four cars aheadof me, and I didn't think I was going to have time to wait for my food. I only had a certain amount of time for my lunch, so Ifinally decided to go somewhere else and get my lunch and take it to work to eat. I won't waste my time going there again. Read more
What a horrible experience I ordered 2 of this coupon and was told 17 dollars when I questioned it they offered to discount my 2... sides of cheese that were 1 dollar each. I still tried to explain its still to much when I was quoted 14.38 I was then asked topull up while they call a manager. Now having been at the store 30 mins before they came back out. Handing me my bad telling methe price which was now correct. While she was running my card I tasted a fry yep you guessed it cold fries but by this time Iwas done being there. I get home. Open the smashed bun to figure out it was Chad boiled and burnt. The meat was actually so dryit was crunchy. I will not be back to this location again anytime soon. Read more
Lobby isn?t a open is the only store around here that has the lobby closed it?s sad the the other arbys on 12th is and no sign... indicating that the lobby is closed and everytime I come here I always see the white dude with tattoos always yell or arguingwith costumers and the female manager doesn?t do anything about this there will be a bad review everyday until the lobby is openI?ve worked in fast food for over 10 years and it?s sad how this location is! Not sure why people do not read these. So many bad reviews from this place. I have been here 4 times now and have had bad... experience from all of them. waiting 40 min in drive thru, being charged more and not noticing it until i see it later on bankstatement, cold food, mixed up order. The staff seems to not work well and are very rude. I will never go to this place again. Wished i could give zero stars. Read more

The staff here are completely retarded. Ended up charging me $20 more and took over 30 min with only one car in front of me. ... Never did get my order because they wanted to charge me again. I didn't trust him the second time with my card. Don't go here. Wasted my time and money. Guess I'll have to wait to see if i really did get reimbursed. Read more

Drive up person lied about whether all the order was in the bag. Husband specifically asked about the beef dip sauce and was... told it was in the bag. It wasn't and he had to make a trip back there to get it. Read more
