I went to the drive through. Tried to ask a question about what to order. I had 2 different people coming in and out on the... speaker. One said he was the manager. I couldn't even get a chance to order. They were rude and confused. I left and I heard thegirl swearing at me when I gave up and left. By far the worst wendys I have ever been to. The employees in the back talking loud and not the best of language. Definitely... not appropriate for customers to hear. One employee walked outside to smoke came back in didn't wash her hands and continuedmaking food. All while the manager is on site. This place is an absolute joke and waste of money. I have several food allergies and Wendy's as one of the safe restaurants that I can eat at. While on vacation I ate at this... particular Wendy several times because it was the closest location to me. Most of the time the employees were decent. Howevertoday I went and encountered the rudest employee I've ever met. I cannot eat sandwiches because of my food allergies so I alwaysorder a plain grilled chicken breast, just the breast. She still persuaded to ring me up for the chicken sandwich and charge meaccordingly so I asked her to please bring it up just the breast. I have learned that there is a button on their register thatallows them to bring up just the meat. She she then proceeded to call over her manager and get an attitude, her manager tried toshow her how to ring up just the meat and she proceeded to go on a rant about how she didn't have time for this and it wasn't inher job description. If you're running the register, it is in your job description! Because of the way I was treated thatmanager should have compensated me sated me however I just looked at them I took my food and said I'm sorry that my foodallergies inconvenienced you so much and I drove away. I will not go back to that 1 decent I wouldn't recommend anybody to doso. Not only that the chili is one of the few things I can eat there. Every time I get a bowl of chili it is mostly just thejuice there might be a random bean or piece of meat but not much. If I could give zero stares I would!!! This place is TRASH!!! The person taking orders recognize my voice on the speaker box. The guy handed me the bags both bags were taped with the doordash sticker they use fordoordash!!!
