Nothing on the business itself the ice cream was very good. Service was an embarrassment to your company and needs to be... addressed. My wife and I come in on a Saturday in mid august and was the only customer in the store. We weren?t greeted or evenasked if we could be helped for a few minutes they just stood there back turned. Then when I asked for the mint mason jarparfait I was given a nasty look and then she stared at her coworker in disbelief like I just ordered something crazy. It?s oneitem on your menu if I?m making ice cream is that hard don?t take the job. Such a shame because the product is so good but youhire trashy people with pitiful attitudes who deserve nothing. I understand work isn?t always fun but the fact that we were theonly customers and you did that to our face is shameful and that girl wouldn?t last a second at my shop. 0/10 Do not recommenduntil new employees are hired. I had a small cone with two flavors and it was good. Ice cream was creamy, but flavors were nothing special. Good but nothing... really spectacular. However, my wife got a sundae and this place definitely doesn?t know how to make a good sundae. Not enoughsyrup coverage if you like there to be any at all lol! If it wasn?t for the good ice cream, I?d give it zero stars. We walked into the store with a party of 7 on Thursday July 28th in... the evening. It was very busy but there were 4 staff members working so we thought it would move quickly. It was the WORSTcustomer service I have ever witnessed. One girl is standing at the register looking at her nails, day dreaming and touching herface which later she was handing ice cream with no gloves on. Another girl looks like she?s angry at the world. The third girlis slowly taking orders, and the 4th one of trying to refill the napkin holder but her 3 inch nails keep getting in the way.This went on for 45 to 60 minutes while 20 + customers were looking at each other shaking their heads. To the owner: pleasecoach on customer service and mandate nails to be shorter so they can scoop ice cream properly and perform their jobresponsibilities. Read more
I went there based off the pictures on Google, but they did not have any of the pictures that I showed like the milkshakes with... desserts on top like cupcakes, brownies, or cheesecake. However, I did get the birthday cake mason jar. It was soooo good! Therewas vanilla cake in between birthday cake flavored ice cream. The birthday cake flavored ice cream reminded me of a cake batterice cream instead of vanilla with sprinkles, which made the treat. I ate it too fast to take a picture lol! Read more
Very overpriced, had a bunch of flavors/options to choose from. Wish there were a few non-dairy or vegan options available. Cups... would leak soon after we had them in our hands, very flimsy and lost shape as we ate. Their spoons were also so cheap and thinthat they bent when used. We ended up licking the ice cream from our cups because they were that bad! For the price, they shoulddefinitely have better packaging for the products. Read more
I had a medium cinnamon swirl waffle cup. The ice cream is excellent. The quantity of ice cream was very good to excellent for a... medium. The waffle cup was slightly stale, They are definitely expensive at 8.49 I shouldn?t have a stale waffle cup. Place isclean , I?d go here again. Read more
