This restaurant demonstrated blatant racism. I ate here on a recent vacation with a group of my friends. Business was brisk and... many people were coming in and out, with several groups being large, including my own. As the crowd died down, a group ofseveral black teenagers and young adults entered the restaurant. Within seconds of them entering, the woman working the frontcounter told them that it would be a forty minute wait. They quietly exited the restaurant and even expressed disappointmentbecause the food looked good. This seemed odd to me as no one else was in line waiting for food, no one else had been turnedaway, no one else had been warned of a wait time, and there were PLENTY of bagels right on the counter ready to serve. I watchedas several other customers, including a party of 7, walked in and were served WITHOUT question and without being told there wasa wait. This can only lead one to believe that there was no issue with wait time and that this staff did not want to serve agroup of kids who were just trying to eat breakfast based on the color of their skin. Do not eat here and give this businessyour money. I?m appalled. Read more
Let?s rate this bagel place in two segments?firstly, the exterior CRUNCH: The bagel should have great memory in that when you... sink your teeth into that first bite, the bagel should snap back at you! The crunch should be slightly hard, but soft enoughfor a comfortable bite! Was really looking forward to trying this spot for the first time and was more than let down. I ordered a chicken Caesar wrap.... To start, the presentation literally made me lose my appetite. It was also very small, you can see in the pic in comparison tothe chips. Upon further inspection I find out a chicken Caesar wrap from the bagel factory is just chicken and Caesar dressingin a tortilla lol. It was the only thing I got on my lunch break and I couldn?t eat it. The chicken was really fatty and wasn?teven cut up all the way. There were huge chunks of chicken (more than you would want in a bite) connected together by tendons.Really gross. Basically inedible, threw it away and wasted my money. I was Finally able to make a stop into the The Bagel Factory for breakfast, while I was running a few errands. The location was... clean and they were polite, helpful, and quick with our order. I ended up getting an egg, sausage, & cheese sandwich on aneverything bagel, and it was simply amazing! We also got some eggs and pancakes, which was cook well and very tasty too. OverallI was very satisfied with my entire experience, would recommend, and definitely visit again. Read more
Great bagel chew. Awesome flavor. Being from the Midwest I need about 1 inch of cream cheese on my bagels. But besides that they... were all incredibly delicious. Especially the Egg bagel super yummy and would recommend. Read more
Literally soooo good. I got an everything bagel club sandwich and I am blown away by how yummy it is. Most of the people who... worked there were really nice and the food didn?t take long at all. Young lady at the counter was super nice and friendly. I had the plain bagel toasted with veggie cream cheese. The cream cheese... was so fresh homemade and delicious. I loved the way they cut the bagel in half for easy handling. 10 out of 10 wouldrecommend. Great job! Read more
