Good luck if you go here. I ordered the 2 for 2 specifically because I was craving french onion soup. My order came up without... any cheese. I asked for some, and they told me they were out. I wasn't offered a resolution. Why didn't they say this whenordering? So, I went to return and the manager spotted me and offered me mozzarella. I didn't have time to go anywhere else forfood or I would have. It was all disgusting. The service was terrible. The worst part is that the manager asked me if my soupwas hot enough, and then she preceeded to tell me if it wasn't, they have a microwave I can use. Last time I looked you areserving the customer for a price. I am not paying to do your job. If the soup isn't the right temperature, that's a health foodrisk. Read more

Absolutely terrible! I have been to this Panera location a handful of times and each time it gets worse, to the point I will... not go back. The workers are usually too busy to wait on customers and talking among themselves to the point as a patron youfeel awkward to interrupt their personal conversations. Aside from pretty much never having all the menu items available, orall ingredients, or heck, even cash (recent sign read ?exact change only and cards only?), the food in amounts and quantity arelacking. We ordered 2 bowls, a Mediterranean with chicken and a Baja with chicken the other night. The person taking our ordernever asked what we wanted for our side item or if we were eating in or not. I had to ask if I had any offers available in myaccount, which apparently I did (that expired the next day, but that wasn?t mentioned). When the order was ready it was packedin a to-go bag even though we were eating in. The to go disposable bowls are small and the presentation is quite differentgiven that the food is all crammed in and the bowl has a flat plastic lid on it. If that were the problem?just the opposite. There was so little food in the bowl, the ingredients only filled it half way. The items didnt shift or slide in transit sincethe bag was literally carried 50 feet from the counter to the table. It was absolutely mind blowing to pay more than $11 forwhat we got. I went to the pick up counter and was told that I was given their standard portion for the entree. There was noexplanation as to why it was in a carry out container or why it only filled 1/2 the time bowl. Spoke to the manager. Got thesame line of reasoning and was told if it were in a regular bowl it would be the same portion?.BTW, which looks NOTHING likewhat?s portrayed in the photos they have of the bowl by the front counter. I counted 3 pieces of chicken in the entire salad. After questioning the lack of food in the entree the manager offered to make a new salad in a real Read more

Visited 10/12/22 at 7:30 pm. Great-tasting salad and pumpkin soup. With the Take 2 entree, I received the smallest Fuji apple... (7-1/4? diameter) I?ve ever seen. (See photos for perspective.) When I asked to trade it for bread, the Panera bread employeesaid they were ?OUT OF BREAD?! When I went to get my sweet tea and found the sweet tea dispenser was empty, I asked an employeeif she could refill it. At the time I finished my meal and left, the sweet tea dispenser was still empty. Lesson: If you wantthe best dining experience at Panera Bread, then don?t wait until 7:30 pm! Read more

My gf ordered a half and half and got charged for a full sandwich and half salad. She only got a half sandwich and half salad. ... Overall not impressed and highly surprised people pay these prices. Also the Margherita pizze taste like it's made withspaghettio's sauce ???? Read more

While on a three weeks stay at N. Myrtle Beach, we went to Panera several times because of the food/ drinks, but what got my... attention was a worker ( THOMAS) , extremely polite young man, a sweet smile, always got our orders right. My husband and Inoticed that he made a compliment to every customer he served. He has a very positive attitude. Thank you Thomas/ Logan. TheFerguson Family, Illinois. Read more

Food was pretty good; about the same as any other Panera. Ordered via Panera app. They marked the order as ready (sending me... an SMS message) about five minutes before it was actually ready. I think they were trying to "game" their statistics so thatCorporate would think they're faster than they really are. Marking three stars only because I've only been here once and maybeit was an isolated incident. If this is a pattern, they deserve only a single star. Read more

I went through the drive through 5/25/22 and ordered egg white and cheese on ciabatta bread, which is my normal breakfast... sandwich. I get it home and the bread looks molded. I carried it back and they said it?s the oven, and we will make you anotherone. This is the 3rd time in 6-8 weeks I?ve had issues, so I won?t be going back. They have never apologized. Read more

I?m a local to the area. Got a bacon bravo sandwich tonight. Sat down to eat it inside and at 9:02 PM a wild eyed young woman... apparently the manager with a boy haircut and tattoos scratching her arms says loudly, ?I?m sorry, it?s 9 o?clock, I?m going tohave to ask you to leave.? With plenty of exasperation in her voice. My mouth was full of food, I said, ?sure, after I chew thisbite.? I have worked for a number of fortune 100 companies and the way she treated me 2 minutes after 9 is a reminder what Ihave seen many times before. There are plenty of people in leadership positions who shouldn?t be there. How they get there is areflection on upper managements lack of judgment. As rudely as I was treated, I feel sorry for her fellow employees who work theevening shift with her. Everybody else was great, even a young man mopping said it would be okay to finish my sandwich. Somepeople suck at customer service. She did. Maybe she should take turns mopping and learn a little human decency. Staff and foodwere great. This experience was not. Read more
