Stay away! I really want to like this place. In the past it was good. One of my favorite places to go while in town, but it's... just disgusting now. The place was dirty. Napkins on the floor. Food on the floor. The men's bathroom had no soap, the personwho had been in the bathroom before my son and I found there was no toilet paper, as evidenced by the paper towels in thetoilet. The shrimp I had were gross and almost disintegrating. The hush puppies were not cooked all the way through. All inall everything was not pleasant. I always loved duffy's because they were consistent. But this time was different unfortunately. I always get the fish tacos,... they have a bold flavor and the tortillas would be grilled. I ordered the low country boil the boil would have been great if the shrimp were hot and fresh. It seemed as though they mixed... old shrimp with the fresh, my husband ordered the seafood combo which was good as well as the crab dip. Horrible experience. This place had been recommended to me so thought I'd give it a try. Wait wasn't bad, 30 minutes or so. The... worst part was the service and the the wait for the food. It took approx 45 minutes to bring the food out after we ordered. Wemay have seen our waitress three times all night. Drink refills were never checked or brought. Further more, some things thatwere supposed to come with the order we did not get and when we ask for it our waitress seemed to get an attitude about it. Foodwas OK, I'd say middle of the road.
