The quesadillas here are awesome! More of a take out only vibe but we eat inside with no worries. I hope when I come back to... the area they will have a more permanent spot for dine in. They are relatively new and I'm wishing them nothing but sucess. Myhusband had the steak, I had chicken bacon ranch, one of my son's had the pulled pork, and my other son had just chicken andcheese. WOW, what a find. They specialize in gourmet quesadillas which are excellent. There?s a variety of selections and if you don?t... like the their specific offerings you could mix up any of their fresh ingredients and make your own. I?ve eaten there twice andwill definitely be back. They have a large take out business, people never stopped coming in to pickup their orders. They haveseating in their side of the building but you?re also able to sit in the adjoining bar and have your order brought to yourtable. Great service and food. Truly without a doubt one of the best places I have ever eaten at. My partner said the same thing and he is a picky eater. We... did take-out and not only was the food cooked to absolute perfection, the people inside were nice and the atmosphere was cool.This place just can?t be beat! I would most definitely consider this a hidden gem. These people clearly work hard to make thebest quesadillas around. I might just have to come back for another one tomorrow! Dilla Dillas was a wonderful vacation surprise! We were looking for Mexican and found this quaint spot. Great quesadillas and a... variety of salsas and fresh chips. The employees were super friendly and checked on us often.
