Wow is all I can say. Received my takeout order and requested all drums. Receipt sats all drums. When I called, the woman said... she was the manager on duty today. Beyond rude. I got a, ?I apologized but we don?t offer all drums here?. When I said I?veordered them before and the receipt shows that?s what I wanted, she said they don?t offer it. I had to ask why it?s an option onthe website then if they don?t offer it. I told her I would like a credit on my order and she said I?d see it in the next 2-3business days and hung up on me. First time I come to this location in years! My brother in law use to be a manager here & it was GREAT, but this will be the... LAST time I come to this location. The first person we encountered which was Honesty, was absolutely miserable and very rude.She took our order clearly because she had to, but she was bothered, very bothered. We have been waiting 30 min and stillhaven?t gotten our food, bathrooms have a out of order sign (but the employee used it.) It?s horrible here. The young man whocalled our name to give us our food was nice, but I will stick to my 441 and Hallandale location!! I agree with the posts belowgood help is hard to find now. Read more
Walked into the restaurant full of smoke. They said their fans aren?t working. After placing my order the employee Honesty... informed me the soda Machine is broken and I would have to pick out a can soda. But no discount was offered for the customersinconvenience. I made the statement, I should?ve have gone to a different location. The employee Honesty made a statement andsaid maybe you should have. This establishment has gone down hill tremendously. So our experience this time was not 4 star, nor like a low 3. However, previous orders have always been good, so I think it was... just an off night or our specific order may have not turned out well. So the several times we have ordered from wingstop, wehave mainly stayed with ordering mild wings, as my friend can't handle very hot, and garlic parm wings. We think they havereally good flavor. For whatever reason this time, both flavors of wings were very dry and you almost couldn't tell which waswhich because of the lack of sauce. Again, this is the first time this has happened so, I'll give the benefit of doubt. We gotthe meal for 2, so it was 15 wings (2 flavors), fries, and 2 drinks. They gave a ton of fries, like wow, we could've fed 4, andeven after driving the 10 min home, they were still fresh and hot. We added the fried corn as we always do. They didn'tdisappoint as usual. They are very tasty. You get 5 on an order. Just be aware they are pretty small. So if you are reallyhungry, or for several people, 1 order will likely not be enough. So, give them a try. Absolutely horrible! The wings were hard as hell! The grease stains were coming through the bag from the fries. The fries... were oily and burnt. Shut this place down! The employees there are just making a pay check. The know nothing about cookingfood. When I got home i was sick as a dog. Great place to get some wings. They have a variety of wing selection, great prices. The staff is cool. Would totally recommend.
I walked in and the were burning the place down with chicken. No one cared to open up the door . We all were just getting high... off a hot boxed room of chicken. I open the door to let smoke out. After I tried getting my food. But employee was to busylistening to music in one ear to understand or comprehend what I was telling her. Read more
