The person who took my order at around 11am was super rude and could not be bothered to take my order. I ordered two drinks but... she ended up ringing it up as one drink, which by the way, isn't the issue. The issue was that when I told her that it wassupposed to be two separate drinks she was even more rude and then proceeded to tell me that I only ordered one drink. She thenproceeded to tell the manager a drink that I didn't ordered. My second drink was an iced triple shot espresso over ice with afew pumps of white mocha but the starbucks partner insisted that I ordered a White mocha, which btw is a completely differentdrink with MILK. It was a bit of a miscommunication which is completely understandable and I have patience for, but I don't havepatience for people who are super rude when I kindly tell them that there was a mistake. I've worked for starbucks for years andlet me tell you that the attitude I received today would never slide at other locations. The way you speak to people is a bigpart of service jobs and I definitely felt like this person did not want to be there. I don?t usually write reviews but I think this Starbucks follows rules and regulations they made on their own compared to the... Starbucks at MMC. The MMC starbucks is usually nice and friendly. Today, I went to to the BBC starbucks to get a blendedrefresher. I was told that, ?it?s not a frappe, it does not come blended.? I know that, because I have worked at two Starbuckslocations before. Every other Starbucks will blend the drink for you. Instead of telling me she cannot blend the refresher dueto any regulations they might have, she said she will not, in a rude manner. I?ve worked at many service locations and the wayyou talk people is a big part of your job. I won?t name any names because I don?t want anyone to get in trouble, I just want toaddress this issue. I come here on a daily basis and I am so tired of asking for light ice and getting only half of the cup filled. I pay FULL price... for a FULL filled CUP. When I told the employee why the cup could not be filled all the way up, she ignored me and was veryrude. The manager is very rude and disrespectful. I?m simply writing this review so that the store gets the feedback that itdeserves. When I go, I am always polite and ask how their day is going and I don?t even receive a response. Read more
Great customer service! I went to Starbucks at about 10 am, and the line was really short. I was welcomed in a timely manner and... advised to take my time as I looked around to see what I wanted to order. Barista was extremely rude. I?m not a frequent customer so I wasn?t sure exactly what to order or how to customize it and when I... requested a change AND offered to pay or it, barista snapped as if the second person, presumably the manager, didn?t tell methat I wouldn?t need to pay.
