I am highly disappointed with my visit, simply because not only was I over charged for an item the cashier got my order WRONG... still after repeating my order back to me. After getting my food it was still wrong and not FRESH whatsoever, then the employeeat the window tried to convince me I was wrong for being overcharged. It is FALSE ADVERTISEMENT to have an item on your menu oneprice, then when you get to the window it?s a different price. I will NOT continue to give your franchise any businessanymore!!!!!! Read more
Lazy employees who don?t care about the customer. They prefer to chitchat and leave the customer waiting in the drive through,... even when I was the only customer there !! Amazingly lazy. !! They do not deserve to keep their job ! Read more

Employee with red and black brades in her hair is very rude. I was waiting for a ice coffee when she opened her mouth and... told me that I am weird for standing by the counter to accept items. Employees says she just graduated from high school anddoes care how she talks to people or treat customers. Store manager allowed employee to continue to speak reckless and themanager actually started to gang up on me telling me I was wrong when I did not even engage with the rudeness of the youngemployee with the black and red braids in her hair. I was politely waiting for my mobile order which was only a ice coffee which took over 15 minutes to make. So I kindly waited by the counter and this is when the young lady with the red braids toldbe to back up I am weird for just waiting where I was. Please look at your camera and audio.
