This is a very nice hole in the wall by the aventura area in the Opus neighborhood in north Miami. Atmosphere is nice and... refreshing. Came here with a great friend of mine from Chicago. They have a great selection of wine as well as a nice and simplemenu of appetizers, pasta and main dishes to choose. I had the fettuccine porcini and my friend had the grilled salmon. Thefettuccine porcini was simply excellent. Easy to tell the the pasta was handmade with the great texture it had. Wasn't fillingat all but satisfying. The porcini mushrooms along with the light sauce made it worth while. I had a chance to taste the salmonthat my friend had. The salmon was perfectly seasoned and grilled. Very delicious along with the grilled vegetables that camewith it. Service was excellent as well. We also had the tuna Carpaccio was an amazing start to our meal. I went there for my birthday and the owner was even there to greet me and thank me for being there. I had a meal for 2 which I... did not finish and the pesto is amazing at least what I think it was. I have been here 2 times and it?s unbelievable! The food is so fresh and the service is great too. I think this is the only... authentic Italian food place around the area. Let?s talk about a very small restaurant if I counted right 7 small tables in an uncomfortable very small strip mall that this... restaurant doesn?t deserve to be in. Let?s better talk about the food all in all it was a 5 Star Italian food fresh done fromscratch its like you were in Italy in a small town where most of those restaurants take great pride in what Italian food its allabout. The Italian wines selection also great nothing fancy just great. The 4 stars comes from how little and uncomfortable thislittle gem Italian Restaurant really is but you will forget all that with its fine Pastas and Wine.
