Being coming to Hiros for over 20 yrs. Service always amazing. After the covid19 lot of your employees are gone wish is sad... they are missed. I?ve been going to Hiros for years and I?m appalled at the service and awful sushi that I was served. The food was absolutely... terrible. The sushi was falling all over the place it was rolled improperly. I asked for a side sauce and didn't receive it.When I walked into the restaurant, I waited five minutes to be greeted and the restaurant was EMPTY!! There was no thank you foryour service or have a good evening nothing. This is LAST time that I'll ever step foot inside of that restaurant!!!! If I could give 0 stars, I would. This is my first time ordering from here, since the onset of COVID. I used to order here... frequently. EVERYTHING WAS TRASH. The service, the food, everything. I placed an order the night before for an office party wewere having today. I ordered about $100 worth of rolls and appetizers and scheduled it for pick-up at 1:45 p.m. I got to thestore at exactly 1:45. The food was not ready. Matter of fact, they had not even printed out the order to begin preparing it. Iordered 7 rolls, 2 orders of wings, 2 orders of dynamite shrimp, and 5 ginger salads. I understand it's a larger order, which iswhy I placed it the night before. Needless to say, I ended up waiting a little over 40 minutes for my order to be ready and whenI asked for some containers of spicy mayo for the rolls I'd ordered, the girl at the register had the nerve to mention that themayo was $0.50 each. I was disgusted at that point. (I did not pay for the mayo.) On top of the horrible service, majority ofthe food was disgusting. She gave me 2 salads out of the fridge and I had to wait for 3 more to be made. I didn't notice until Igot back to the office that the 2 salads from the fridge were old and spoiled. (I attached a picture.) The ginger dressing wasfrothy and bitter. The shrimp in my dragon roll was not cooked all the way. It was horrible. The whole experience was horrible.I am beyond disappointed and will never order from there again. Read more

I have been going here for yearssss but recently I don?t know if they are trying to conserve money or what ever but they changed... their recipe for the Crispy Kani puffs and now they taste like fried mayo. The last time I got them I thought it was just a badbatch but I just got them again right now and they have zero taste. Just imagine a glob of Mayo in some deep fried bread.Yuck. Been coming here for a very long time, many many years, and I guess they must be struggling because the portions become tiny and... there?s barely any sauce or toppings on my sushi. shrimp and chicken yakatori have no sauce, dry as rocks, the volcano rollbarely has any baked dynamite sauce on top.
