Being coming to Hiros for over 20 yrs. Service always amazing. After the covid19 lot of your employees are gone wish is sad... they are missed. But you still have 2 bartender that are the best amazing bartenders Chris and Jesson . ...I hope you REALIZEand know how valuable they are to your business.......... NORMA. Read more
I?ve been going to Hiros for years and I?m appalled at the service and awful sushi that I was served. The food was absolutely... terrible. The sushi was falling all over the place it was rolled improperly. I asked for a side sauce and didn't receive it.When I walked into the restaurant, I waited five minutes to be greeted and the restaurant was EMPTY!! There was no thank you foryour service or have a good evening nothing. This is LAST time that I'll ever step foot inside of that restaurant!!!! I don?tknow if they?re new ownership, but, they?ve lost a loyal customer that has been eating there for decades. NEVER EVERAGAIN!!!!!!! Read more

Been coming here for a very long time, many many years, and I guess they must be struggling because the portions become tiny and... there?s barely any sauce or toppings on my sushi. shrimp and chicken yakatori have no sauce, dry as rocks, the volcano rollbarely has any baked dynamite sauce on top.
