I was always told that it is people that makes a place good or bad. The I went to the location today which is brand new and... clean but lady at counter was rude with no name tag. I waited in line only to get to the front and was told cash only. Staff isnot welcoming. Please dont go to this location. Read more

Okay so as a lover of Dunkin this hurts me. It is a brand new location. New construction. I have tried it SEVERAL times. No... donuts, cash only, our system is down, closed mid day, and employees are always in a bad mood. Read more

Just left this store and I had to look at the reviews from this store and I totally agree how rude some of the staff is. First... of all I placed an order for a pumpkin latte, light ice. Kind of Hispanic looking. Nice friendly. She was helpful but here comesthis one that don't t even know whats going on and start saying , oh you can only use one coupon which I did. I told her Iknow, I've been coming here every day. You can't use two coupons at the same time. So we continue, I said light ice andapparently she wasn't sure how it should be made and I told her , just make it the way you usually make it with light ice. Noextra, the other one comes back , oh she will have to pay extra for more expresso , I said I'm not paying extra, just make itthe way you usually make it. And the same one that needs to mind her own business, kept saying, oh your gonna get in trouble, ifshe has a problem she needs to call customer service, I was then fed up. I said I never have a problem which usually the guysare helpful and no back and forth arguing but that particular female, oh no. But this is how I was arguing back and forth.Customer service with this new Dunkin' Donuts is horrible. Ok, the Hispanic girl still try to make it to my satisfaction eventhough I told her that I don't need any extra added to the pumpkin latte, guess just to make me happy but by then I was alreadyannoyed by this girl btw she was doing the drive thru, that kept interrupting. So I walked out and I said thank you anyway, Ihere the girl that helped me telling me that I don't had to make the last comment ????. I guess I should not be thanking them,as far that I know that was my last comment unless she heard wrong but I don't worry about that, it's just that Dunkin Donutsneed to teach some of them a EMERGENCY customer service class, because not all of them are acting RUDE like this except the onethat kept interrupting and kept assuming the wrong thing????...... This is coming from a lifelong devoted Dunkin? Donuts fan. I have been to practically every Dunkin? Donuts in South Florida over... the last 25 years of my being here. This is a new Dunkin? Donuts that they just opened over in North Miami Beach and I was inthe area so I figured that I would just grab a coffee and continue with my day. I pull up to the drive-through there was nogreeting. There was no nothing. What do you want??? Excuse me my response was ??? how can I help you?? I placed my order for alarge coffee and then I inquired about donuts we don?t have that we don?t have that. with no recommendations of any other donutsthat are available we don?t have that your order total is and that was it when I tell you just rude for no reason if you don?twanna work there then don?t they?re 1000 other places that you can work. Your job is to provide service and I felt that you didnot provide that service. I just left the store not even five minutes ago. It was propel to leave this raining because I havenever been so rushed and nobody was in line and nobody was in the store. Dunkin? Store hours posted on google are wrong. Google has the store closing at 10 PM, went by at 8:10 PM, door was locked and employee... was mopping the floor. - Post the correct hours, so we don?t drive a far distance to a closed store. Read more

They need to fire that lady working the front counter, she not only messed up the order I have placed and also made my blood... orange drink which tasted like nothing. I asked for lemonade to be added and she made it to her taste! I normally would dodrive-thru but their line was so long so I decided to come in instead and that's the service I received, worst experience... Read more

Great location. The service is amazing, employee are very polite and helpful. One of the manager's Jaqueline was very attentive... to my order she suggested different types of coffee flavors and made the best coffee I have ever tasted. Read more
