very bad customer service, order a Hawaiian pizza, 16 pieces of chicken wings and 16 parmesan bread. at 8:10 the order told me... that it was ready to pick up and when my order arrived it was not ready, the young woman who was there told me that the orderwas ready in 20 minutes, I went to the car to wait. After 20 minutes I go in to pick up my order and the man who was insidewith the young woman tells me to wait 2 minutes that he needs to finish something from a person who was waiting, the man asks mewho I am here for and I tell him my name and he did not appear my order and then when he shows up after 5 minutes he gives methe order he gave me 6 pieces of chicken wings and a Hawaiian pizza and I tell him that there are 16 chicken wings and that I ammissing more things and the man took the box of wings from chicken and mixed them with other boxes that I had there as if itwere animal food and he gave it to me and then I asked him for the parmesan bread and he told me to wait, while I was waiting Icounted the chicken wings and I was missing 3 and I told him why already He was upset and told me I have to wait for it to cookbecause there was no more, but I ordered just to have to pick up my order and not wait for anything and it was incomplete and hedidn't apologize or anything. I was 2 hours and 30 minutes waiting for my order and it was left incomplete. this is the worstplace, it could improve because we are paying for a service and it is not fair that they do not do it well. I ordered 2 large pizzas online and I was told once I arrived that there weren?t anymore large pizzas and they made medium... pizzas for me instead. If I wanted medium pizza I would have ordered medium pizza. At this point I should have walked away andgone somewhere else. There weren?t any other Dominos near me so I opted to just pay for the mediums. The original thin crustmedium pizzas they made looked dry and cold. When I spoke to the manager about this she said that thin crust pizzas need to beordered with extra sauce or they would be dry. I buy thin crust pizza all the time and I have never seen them look like this butI decided since I was already there, I?d have them remake it. As I stood there watching this crew of employees talking over thefood they were prep and never got a response the cashier making bread twists and ringing customers out with no gloves and notwashing her hands I told myself I should cancel my order and leave.. It was late, I was tired and I had already been there toolong so I stayed and waited for the pizzas. I patiently waited quietly for my pizzas, checked that they were pepperoni and wenthome. I immediately regretted paying for this pizza after the first bite. The ?thin and crispy? pizza was soggy because of theextra sauce, had way too much cheese and tasted like uncooked dough. I realize that Dominos is a chain restaurant and I wasn?texpecting five star taste or service but I didn?t expect it to be this bad. I called the store 3 times and no one answered. This has to be the worst Domino's Pizza anywhere I have ever been. The workers play games with you while you are trying to order... food. Also the frosting for the cinna sticks never comes when the driver brings the order. The business has a bad problem. Maybemanagement need to comeby at night and see if they are following protocol for the serving of food. I will never allow myself toorder from Domino's again. This Domino's location is the best we have in the NMB/Adventure/Miami area! They are fast and the pies are super nice, always!... The quality of each style of pizza and other dishes is very good. I highly recommend it, specifically if you're in the mood forpizza, at very reasonable/affordable prices! Read more
Hello, we ordered pizza at your place last night. The Philly Steak which was very good, BUT we found it too SALTY. Other than... that we would be happy to re-order, the pizza bread was wonderful and the topping itself was not bad, except the salty part thatwas not good for me or my husband, and when he complaints you know it's salty. I wanted to take a chance on Dominos bc people told me they were getting better, at least from a few years ago. Ordered a medium... cheese pizza, after an hour and a half and no one answering the phone I drove over. Staff and areas were extremely disorganised,the woman at the counter didn?t even tell me if it was ready, just said to cancel the order and give me a refund. When in doubtPapa Johns is where it?s at.
