The bald gentleman who claimed to have worked there for 13 years was arguing with me when I asked to add the chicken skin saying... he could not cause it was too dry. I'm sorry to say that this place has really gone down. I don't eat here often because I generally feel like you get a better... value at Chipotle. A few nights ago I tried it again. The amount of food you get has gotten smaller. They were out of pita breadand didn't even say anything. Once I asked for it the owner simply said we can't get it from our supplier very flat and plainlywith no apology nor offer of a substitute nor discount. I added a coke. The plastic cup was so cheap and flimsy. As I hadordered take out, I asked for a lid (why would I need to ask for that). The only lids they had did not fit the cup. I had todrive home hoping not to spill my soda. Bright side? The brownies are still delicious. I'm sure I won't visit this place for avery long time again. Customer service is a real thing. I can understand a shortage of supplies however greeting your customerswith a pleasant and genuine smile is free. Mentioning that you are having challenges and can't provide the elements of thenormal meal is something that could be explained. Perhaps offering a substitute or a discount could show your customers that youcare. Lastly I won't fail to mention that the prices have gone up while the food amount has gone down. First and foremost, I love Chicken Kitchen. The food is great. What this location in North Miami is severely lacking though is... their customer service. For a long time now. I don't ever leave a review but this service is horrible. They don't greet anyoneor even ask what you want.. they just look at you with a attitude waiting for you to say something. I'm a regular, I'm alwayskind and always tip but yet I always get treated as if I'm disturbing them. Horrible, I will no longer be tipping. I alsosometimes overhear the workers make side comments about people in the line. At this point I usually end up choosing somethingelse to eat because I don't like how I get treated here. Read more
If I could give this place less than one star, first of all ordered the no carb chop which apparently comes with chicken and... lettuce and tomato listed at 10.99. I am not kidding when I tell you Chicken Kitchen is here to take you for every nickel anddime! Charged extra for black olives, bean and corn salad, red onions by the time they were done my 11 dollar salad was 20dollars just for those additional toppings. They had no mercy on me, How?!?!?! I have been spending my money at this chicken kitchen for many years. This evening is the last time I will spend my money here.... The man there overcharged me and If didn't catch him, he would have stole my money. Lastly, to make matters worse when I caughtit he gave me such an attitude ???? while giving me less change back from the tip box. That's it, no more of my money will bespent here. Read more
