I was in the drive thru waiting and they were not giving me my food. But instead gave everyone behind me in line theirs. One... employee even told me to move out of the way to let the other cars leave the drive-through while I still have not received myorder. (Which was only a chicken sandwich) I literally had to call out to an employee (who seemed to be ignoring me) to see whyI wasn?t receiving my order. Seems like they wanted to serve everyone else but me. I was not rude. I was very nice so I?m notsure why they decided to do that. My food is cold and all the ice in my drink melted. They tried giving me an excuse sayingthey?re ?backed up on orders? but I know that?s not the case because they are literally serving everyone else behind me. Don?t bother using the mobile app to order breakfast before 10:30am because God forbid you show up a few minutes after 10:30am... to pick it up,they will tell you that breakfast is over and you can no longer get breakfast. Oh we clean out all breakfastitems at 10:30am,not my problem if I place a order for pickup before 10:30am that order should be honored. Very good service from the young lady named Paris at the drive thru. She was nice and attentive. She gets high ratings for her... customer service. However, the manager or whatever he is, was the complete opposite. I was missing few items from a large drivethru order. His associate, a young guy inside informed him I was waiting on him. The manager Genesis, seemed busy and saidHe?ll be right with me, then swiftly left for outside, yelling ?VIP?. He headed to a orange Jeep parked right in front ofChick-fil-A and pretty much spent an entire 10 mins chatting with this individual. I get that every person deserves theirmoment, but this was very unprofessional bc I too am a paying customer, that paid for food that wasn?t placed in my bag. So Ihad inconvenience myself by parking my car, to go inside and wait an additional 10 mins to get my order right. This isunacceptable.
