The worst ever please make sure yal associates or team members have respect yal the worst. Disrespectful and don?t know how to... speak to customers. Yal close at 4 not 3:40 and if a customer comes in you let them know it?s because of a wait time that?s whyyou won?t service them 15 minutes before 4 am not at 3:40 where you have 20 minutes if it?s an inconvenience for you. This location is always a joke. They employees have horrible attitudes and look for any excuse to not work. I just rolled up and... the delivery truck came by to leave the weekly supplies. As I roll in, one of the employees runs up to my car to bark at me thatthey?re closed because of the truck delivery. I?m now parked on the street watching the employees from the restaurant smoke andsit around outside while the (1) truck driver unloads everything himself. Read more
Walk up service in Miami is always an interesting experience...not a pleasant one to say it nicely. This is true for any Miami... location. Something needs to be done about it. It's not the employees fault that gang members and homeless people attack everycustomer. Read more
Bought 4 burgers and ask for no sauce, just plain, I was asked to park at the other window so they can make it. Got it and got... to work and all 4 burgers had sauce, mayo on my chicken and tartar sauce on my fish. Had to give them away. Read more
The color of the hot dog is scary? chili is so dry. Had to throw away. The a bbq bacon Buford we order had no barbecue or bacon.
From the moment I arrived to the speaker, the employee who later stated his name is ?Jerry? was completely disrespectful.... However, his disrespect was my second concern. We?re currently still in a pandemic and not only was he not wear a mask, but hetook his uncovered cup, put it to his lips and drank multiple times. He then decided to throw away the remainder of his drinkand dunk THE SAME CUP INSIDE THE ICE CONTAINER. When I asked for drinks with no ice, Jerry laughed and said the drinks werealready made (2 out of the 3 drinks were made). He then preceded to ?be funny? and take the same drinks and pour them into newcups as ice still fell in. He then passed back one of the chicken sandwiches claiming he forgot a ?sauce?. He thought it wascomical after I questioned him about the drinks (still missing one) and the sandwich. Both chicken sandwiches were disgustingand we had to throw away 2 of the 3 combos. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION EVER no matter how late and closed everything elseis and it needs to be shut down. Read more
Just drove by to get a burger at 1:30am cause I saw they are open till 4am and all employees were having a smoke outside and... shouted at me that they were closed ..basically trying to kicked me out so I didn?t waste my time and left?first time in my lifetreated like that in a fast food place.
