From a friend on FB: I wasn?t going to post this but it?s irritating me. I went to Arby?s for lunch yesterday. This was on... display on their menu. It?s the exact same thing. Coincidentally this is what I wanted, so I ordered a #4 meal - While at thesame time realizing I was just about to get in an argument. Sure enough, it rung up for 10.49. The cashier said he couldn?tchange the price and at one point said ?why you got to do me like this?? Ironically, I was thinking almost the same thing. Hesaid if I didn?t like it I should call corporate, although he was the store manager. At bare minimum I will never visit thisparticular store again. Never thought that I would love an Arby's, and in North Miami no less. However, it's clean, the staff is nice, and the food is a... very nice change from the usual fast food fare. I guess you have to ditch any preconceptions and do a little discovery to findplaces like this one. Read more
The sandwich and fries were exactly how they should be. Tasty and hot. BUT wait time was way to long for drive through. Staff... very short/not friendly. My Hi-C had black flecks of something floating in it. Come on you can do better. Read more

Fast service, huge menu. Tried the new Wagyu burger ???? , was pretty good. Their gyros are really good too. I love the... jalapeno poppers with the berry sauce, it's the best ! Their curly fries ???? are also the best curly fries I've ever had. Theyalso give you great condiments like pepper sauce, Arby's sauce, horsey sauce and of course, ketchup. Try them all, my fave ishorsey sauce which is mayonnaise with horseradish. Read more
This place should just close down. I stood waiting to order for 45min. Just to receive cold food and flat soda. The employees... all move in slow motion and the cashier got stuck in pause looking in space. Old cold fish sandwich.???? Read more
I went through the drive-through and ordered turkey Swiss meal curly fries and a strawberry lemonade. I was anticipating having... a wonderful sandwich/meal however upon taking a few bites I than realize there was a long strain of hair in one half of mesandwich. (BEYOND GROSS) At this point I am traumatized by this ordeal . what can be done ? by the time I realize, I was adistance away from the restaurant. I tried calling numerous times and no answered. This is a business the fact that no onepicks up their phone that?s a little absurd . How could I be compensated for this unfortunate mishap? It was okay I mean the service was good the sandwiches just didn't seem to be what I think the Arby's standards are but not bad.
