This lady is very rude zero manners zero knowledge of customer service how can the manager hired her ?
Pulled up to drive in after waiting a voice asked can I help you. I ordered french toast sticks and then heard nothing. Waited... then drove around to pickup window. Young man opened the window saying yes? I said yes I ordered the french toast sticks. Hesays oh we don't have them. I proceeded to go to the Wendy's on 163rd St and got them. My problem is the way this employee seemsto think that customers are doing him a favor by going there. Better customer service and communication is needed at thislocation. Read more
This Wendy's used to be up to par. Unfortunately, the making of breakfast is a total miss. The croissants were seriously infused... by microwave for a real long time. Breakfast fries were super soggy. But I must say ..... They were friendly. Read more
I was the only customer in line and i waited 10 minutes for them to take my order, and a young man walks up to the register, he... seemed upset and took my order in a foul way. While i was waiting i went to the restroom to wash my hands, after seeing howdirty the place was i felt like leaving. The establishment is disgusting. avoid this place. saw no gloves on any employee in the kitchen. asked for "add cheese no tomato" and i get no cheese yes... tomato. fries directly came out cold. gave them back and pretty sure they just reheated them and handed right back. wont begoing back, ever. Read more

Very weird experience today through drive through. I ordered my food then she said something I didn?t understand underneath her... breathe then I pulled up to the window and she says their no barbecue sauce ???????? then I say give me any other sauce andgives me barbecue saying oh look at that we have one then to finish it off I opened the bag and one is bitten off from.
