I rate the places after I understand what'shappening, in this case that location needs improvement. There were 3 servers but... only one was working the way its supposed to. The others, also at front of the house, were not helping guests neitheracknowledged them. The one who was on top of her tables was running all over the place trying to help everyone. My serverbrought me the order late and after bringing food for people who came after me. On top of that my food was cold. Bathroom wasclean and full of supplies. I used to work in customer service and I know not every guest is kind and respectful but that's noreason to treat everyone like you don't care or don't like your job. I will swing by again hoping will have a better experience. Read more
It's enjoyable, the food was good and the staff was courteous. I will recommend that IHOP to anyone who wants to enjoy a good... breakfast. I took the leftover home, it was cold but still good to eat compare to other places when their food is cold theybecome like rubber. Great staff also, with a manager very dynamic. Read more

The food is obviously good. Love the selection of pancakes they have. The service is however hasn't been the best. They are... always super busy and once we waited an entire hour and they STILL didn't have our pancakes ready. So we left. Read more
The manager just needs to know that hands down Kathy and John are the absolute best. They were so friendly and made sure that... you are well taken care of. Kathy has such great energy for being the only server tonight with the help of John helping her ifshe needed was beyond amazing how two people in a busy restaurant make it a pleasure to eat here. The cook made the absolutebest French toast combo. I am so happy we found this I Hop in the area. Definitely recommend. Read more
When I first walked in, one waitress didn't want to seat us because she was waiting for a coworker. People started to pile up in... the front until someone demanded a manager. The manager came out the back and seated all of us. He also took our orders (at allfive tables where he sat everyone). The manager was welcoming and friendly. He made sure the workers served everyone, and hechecked on each table to ask, "How was your food? And Do you need anything else?". The food was good. The chicken tenders andbroccoli were quite small. The chicken tenders were a bit overcooked. The eggs and bacon were correctly cooked and tasted good.However, the best thing was the Belgian Waffle; it was big and delicious. I love going to IHOP. I mean you know what you expect when you go there, however, this was not a great time. The service was... good but the actual building is falling apart. The ceiling was leaking water from multiple spots. Also, there's evidence ofmold. The parking sucks at this location too. But everything else internally was good. Read more
