I've often passed by Evio's but today was my first (and last) time dining there. When I arrived, the sever just left me standing... as I tried to figure out whether to seat myself while awaiting the rest of my party. I ordered a pita, with fries on the side.The fries were salty and cold. The pita was lukewarm, with huge slices of onions and tomatoes on it. I've had pitas before, withthe veggies usually nicely chopped and the lettuce was missing. There was only 2 servers/waiters who were taking orders,handling money, and serving food. Unsanitary. More than your local pizza place! Evios consistently offers good quality and tasting food. Not to mention their new menu and... redesigned their grounds for a fun comfortable environment for adults and families.
