Check your order, even the drinks. ordered a caramel crazed signature latte and received an iced coffee with whipped cream... and no sugar. They forgot my bagel and when i asked for it, they put the wrong spread on it. Instead of veggie they put regularcream cheese and it wasn?t even toasted. So disappointed ???? never coming here again. This location it?s the worse in North Miami. I always ask for ice caramel coffee and I never taste or feel any .Than when I ask... the stuff for extra they tell me you have to pay extra ???? I just order and pay for caramel coffee and they sell me ice coffee. Every other location they don?t want to charge me for extra . Super cheap !!! Never going to this location. This review is to help the owner and I will update it if the staff improves. The combined IQ of the 4 people on staff today was... 12. The orders were all wrong for everyone in line. People in the front didn't know what they had in stock, burned all thefood, and one dude kept scratching his nasty head and touching his face without gloves; then touching the food. It was adisaster. Used to be one of my favorites until recently. This Saturday was the last straw. I went in and witnessed the employee throw all... the on the go tickets into the garbage can. At that point he was free styling which order came in first. I had to wait 10minutes for a Luke warm coffee. It was disgusting. I will not return back to this Dunkin? Donuts. Read more
One of the sales associates complained (right in front of the customers) about how the customers didn't know how to make their... own breakfast and didn't understand why we didn't just go learn for ourselves. I couldn't believe how rude she was. Thecoffee was great, obviously, but I don't think I'll go back to this Dunkin again. Read more
gave me 8 donuts instead of 12. Got an original macchiato with whip cream instead of a caramel macchiato with sweet cream foam.... Had to repeat myself multiple times. not trynna be a Karen or anything but worse than the kosher dunkin. Read more
Ask for a cafe con leche and employee did not want to make it instead offer me something that I did it want to. End of story... they did not want to use the machine because they do not want to clean it again. Lazy employees. Read more
Hot coffee is always hot. Donuts....sometimes fresh, sometimes not. Always different people working. Place doesn't look... clean. But thats my perception. Read more
