While in North Miami I've seen this cafe before so I wanted to try it. Everything was awesome! Service was great, even the chef... came out and asked if enjoyed the meal ????. Me and my hubby had some omelettes and salmon croissant sandwiches on a Sunday morning. We took almond chocolate croissants to... go, which tastes so good that it even didn?t make it to the picture gallery :) Cafe Crème was so good that I had to come backwith my co-worker during the lunch break. It was a delightful surprise to know that is the same owner of old Buena Vista, so the quality was expected. Amazing! I'm so... happy to discover this jewel and not so far from home. Great space and parking. I will be back many times for sure! Read more
I stumbled upon this place and was so excited because it is French American and I am going to Paris this year.. Of course I had... the croissant and Portobello and goat cheese omelet with mixed greens on the side. Delicious. I also got their veggie juiceabsolutely tasty with just the right amount of ginger as well as beets and apple and I believe carrots. So good. My taste budswere bursting with delight. The bathroom was clean. When I went inside that is when I discovered they have lots of pastries. Ishall return for their decadent looking pastries. Read more
We had dinner and it wasn't crowded after 730pm. Parking is off of NE 7th Ave, behind the restaurant and in front of the police... department. No charge for parking. The Chef saw us coming and seated us herself. She is very friendly and gave us menu's. Iordered a Cocktail called Haitian Circle, I think. It was very good. We ordered the lentil soup and it was delicious andseasoned to a peppery spice taste. It was nice and thick, not runny and watery. My friend had the ham and cheese quiche. Itried a bite of it and was impressed how fluffy and light it tasted, even the crust was baked and yummy. We both ordered BeefBourgogne which came with seasoned roasted potatoes. This entree was superb. The meat was tasty and overall appearance withrequisite carrots and gravy - a flavorful combination, was scrumptious. For, dessert...I had to try the chocolate mousse. Had a salad and sandwich and salad for lunch at this place. It was pretty good! The salad was full of flavor and the sandwich... was really fresh and tasty. I ordered two mimosas and it was feeling good lol. Needless to say, the mimosas were EVERYTHING! Isomehow didn?t get it into the pictures. I would definitely visit again. Be mindful of the wait time though. During lunch hoursyou may be waiting a bit in between to order and get food etc. Read more
When a cafe offers a ?latte bowl? on the menu, you know it?s going to have good coffee. We would come back just for the coffee... and the Nutella beignets. We liked the baked goods a bit more than the main courses, though the food wasn?t bad. Awesome outdoorseating area, indoors looks nice too, and great service. We?ve driven by Cafe Crème a hundred times and were always curious.Glad we finally stopped in and tried it. Read more
Horrible experience. Never again. The staff doesn?t know what to do, they scratch their head and touch their faces while... grabbing your plate. One male waiter had his armpits extremely sweat and a very dirty shirt. The food was way below average.The burger really bad and the ham and cheese panini overpriced and not good. WASTE OF $60.
