This is how their poor staff makes their burgers. The last time i ordered a whopper with cheese, they forgot the cheese and made... it just as sloppy. The whole staff do nothing but play around and this is the results. The manager was nice about the situationbut this is unacceptable. Read more

Eff this burger king in particular. I get the same thing every time and they can never get it right. Just now I'm writing this... bc they forgot an item on my order, on my receipt. They hardly get the order taken down right in this first place. I go herebecause of the proximity to my house, but after today I'm gonna make the effort to avoid this one at all costs. Tasty spot for a quick drive through burger and fries. The app offers "BK Crown rewards" for items ordered on it. Although the... app has regular special offers, I've found that clipped paper coupons offer many of the same items for at least $1 less on thoseitems so don't throw them away! I asked for a cup of water while picking up a door dash order. Was told I'm not allowed to have one in the drive thru. I get my... order and ask for a cup ice. Was shut down and the drivethrough window was closed on me. Went inside to get a small cup of ice.Was going to be charged 2.15 for q cup of ice or a cup of water. Very poor customer service.
