I work close by so I visit this location quite often. About 90% of the time they get my order wrong. Today I ordered the "Flash"... and received bread with lettuce and cheese only. That's it. Not happy a majority of the time Update: Went there again 5 daysafter this, and they messed up the order YET AGAIN. 4th order in a row they have gotten wrong. Got the Chicken and Chipotle BBQ Citrus. Everything that goes on it is a great combination, but one side had a single layer of... sliced chicken, while the other side had 2 layers (one slice folded over). Add the single strip of bacon on it, next to nolettuce, and a single onion on each half when I asked for onions, we have our usual E&B quality. Prices are TOO HIGH for the quanitity. And the quality is no better than whitch wich or JJ's. Then today I had to order GLUTEN... FREE bread and they charge an ADDITIONAL 2.50 or so. ONE sandwich, One soda 11.98. That's a joke. I should have walked out. Thebread was average so sure not worth the extra cost. To others on her.. yes they amount of items on a sandwich are not much. Iget more food at other sandwich places. seriously 12.00 for one sandwich and one soda. What a rip off. not going back. My totalbill should have been at worse 8.00. Poor quality subs at $8.00 Cheaply made soup at $4.00 $2 .00 delivery charge now, that they don't tell you about. This company... has done nothing through the years except go down the toilet. They also took some of the Sandwich Society perks away. Read more
This is some of the worst service I've ever had. We were the only customers in the store. Ordered a ham and turkey and received... a ham and provolone. If you can call it a ham and cheese. You couldn't see the ham and one piece of cheese, really! When I askedfor the lettuce and tomato on the side they had to ask if it was okay. It is my sandwich!!! I had to wait for them to get offthe phone with the manager to complete my order. So they could decide if they wanted to work or not. My first and last visit!!! Read more
Excellent! It's been a while since I have eaten at an Erberts and Gerberts and my family was not disappointed. The young woman... who took our order was great. The food was amazing. My kiddos, who are hesitant in trying new things, are glad we brought themhere. We'll be back. Read more
