If there was something below one star I would definitely give them. I ordered online a footlong. After traveling all the way to... the store I come to find out that they messed up my order and made a 6-in. Already the Senior employee who was rude to me fromthe start. I asked them politely to make me a footlong sandwich. And they already have wasted my time since I have to go in thetraffic and come back. Employee said that they will make another 6-in sandwich. I paid for the whole sandwich. I already tossedthat 6 in sandwich and brought it in the store Infront of them. I am not eating an exposed sandwich especially during apandemic. No way I was going to eat it. And they said that they are not going to make me a footlong. The manager was talking tothe employee and she said that if the customer is not taking the 6 in he can f*** off or they will call the police on me. Itried calling the subway store so I can speak with the manager. And the employees kept hanging up and they won't pick up myphone. I left the sandwich there at the store. And now my day is going to be bad because of the worst customer experience I hadto face. The employee who originally made the mistake was genuinely a nice person. But I know the weird management is going tofire that girl for making a mistake. But not punish the senior employee who was rude and would not rightfully serve me withrespect. Honestly, I?ve never been to a subway location and had a good experience, but I will say this location is top notch. The young... lady that took my order was so nice and the food was fresh. Highly recommend. Read more

The Manager Pam and her female associate are very rude. They don't listen to your order and will continue to cut you off while... you are talking. They end up getting my husband's order wrong of course cause they were not listening. when I called to tellthem Pam immediately cut me off and start talking over me as well as hung up in My face. Horrible experience and horribleCustomer service! I will never spend my money with this subway again if they think that's how customers are suppose to betreated. New Management! Read more
