My baby likes their glaze doughnuts. She even spends her own money here.
The name has changed but the food and the people are still as wonderful as ever. The croissants they make for their breakfast... sandwiches are still outstanding. I'm partial to their ham, egg and cheese croissant sandwich. And their donuts are still lightand fluffy. Their classic glazed donut just melts in your mouth and there's no unpleasant film left on the roof of your mouthlike donuts from other chains have. Other must try donuts are the classic white filled, the butterfly if you want a cinnamonkick, the apple fritter, and the white filled chocolate eclair. I?d give 5 stars because the donuts are great but it took a while to find because it?s not called Shipleys anymore it?s called... fresh donuts, so I would show that on the website. Read more
Use to be the best place in Sherwood for donuts when the older couple had it. The new owners don't never make the chocolate... cover cream cheese filled one it always a long john filled one and they changed the recipe for the cream cheese it's not thesame. They use to add 7~up to the cream cheese. They are never busy anymore like they use to be. Read more
This place is a definite contender for best donuts. Baked fresh daily, so get there early if you want specifics. Their cinnamon... twists are my favorite, but we always have a hard time deciding what to get. The best part is, if they're out of the donut youwant, there are always excellent other choices. Yes it gets busy, but that's a great indicator that what they have is worthwaiting for. And to top it off, the staff here is always friendly and efficient! Read more
