So my bonus son and I ordered online and did not have the experience I was expecting. All flavors of the wings were wrong and... there were only 2 orders!! Well over all waiting for the food was not an issue they got me my food quickly not any complaints there, but how can you mess... up an online order! When getting home and opening my food found out everything was wrong the wings were cold the fries soggy andthe cold wings where either the wrong flavor or didn't even have any flavoring! And my bonless wings had bones and my bonlesswith bones. For paying $50 for my order to get completely messed up and at a terrible quality. It was not worth it at all I amextremely disappointed with IJW after having amazing experiences in a another state but this just might end my business withthe whole company at large. Read more
Fries were soggy but had ok flavor tbh. I got half Buffalo and half honey BBQ. The chicken was horrible like I mean just chewy... and nasty. The Buffalo had no sauce and really didn?t taste that good. It also had no crust on it. Felt like some dollar storemicrowave wings. They were soggy. Honey BBQ? was pretty good. The flavor was a little too sweet for me but it had a lot of sauceand a good crust. Chicken still tasted off, but I got to say that it was the only good thing. Read more
Worst wings spot ever! Wings and fries soggy. No sauce on wings. I am surprised this is actually a sustainable business.
Ordered for delivery, off Its just wings website. Evidently they go through Doordash. Food never arrived (was misinformed about... delivery status continually). Contacted IJW and was informed to contact Doordash. Doordash said they couldn?t offer a refund andto contact the restaurant. It?s Just Wings is evidently inside(?) Chili?s. Couldn?t get anyone to answer at IJW so I calledChilis. Took me 45 minutes and a half dozen phone calls to get a refund that MIGHT hit in 3 days. All this for 8 wings, fries,and a coke that I agreed to pay $21 for. I guess I?m the dummy. Read more
If I could give less I would. We went in and they sat us at a dirty table not once but twice. Ok can you clean this table?... Young girl left after saying ok. We saw her getting drinks for tables around us and food for tables around us. That's cool too.But then you are just standing behind counter with your hand on your hips. Then when we try to get attention again she comes andspray whatever was in bottle on table and us to Grandkids as well to tell us I have to go get paper towels to wipe this off. They have good wings but very inconsistent on quality as of late. Rarely get the order right and usually take an hour longer... than expected. Last three times I've come when the app said I should then made to wait for an hour, told I was the second ticketon the screen all 3 occasions. Read more
The meat tasted like the wings weren?t fresh. In terms of favor the wings were bland and tasteless and left much to be desired.... I ordered the 32 piece wings and fries and when I asked the attendant for ketchup she replied ?it?s just wings? this for mewas a unsatisfying response. I will never patronize this establishment again. I am 45 dollars poorer and I?m deeplydissatisfied. The wings were in a word DISGUSTING ????. This place deserves to be closed down! Read more
