My husband and I went to this location on Saturday around 10. Allow me to say most days there isn't a host at the hosting... station. And you have to wait a while to be greeted. My family was standing at the host station and when the young man finallyshowed up at the host station he was incredibly rude. He didn't bother saying good morning, hi, or I will be with you in amoment. He simply grabbed some menus and told the family they were ready to be seated. We never were greeted at all and wasbasically ignored. We didn't expect to be seated before the people who came before us. But we did expect to be treated withkindness and respect. Needless to say, we left and went to Cracker Barrel were there are always hosts available. Read more
Served food colder than normal waited over 50 minutes after placing the order. The dining area had a third of capacity filled... with dinners. Our waitress has an excellent attitude towards the time it took, but ignored discounting as she mentioned. Read more
I just visited this IHOP, it was my first ever time trying IHOP and I have to say it did not disappoint! The wait was not to... long but this one lady did not properly seat us she just randomly set down two menus and told us to go sit there and then wentand actually walked a different family to a table. It was a bit rude but our waitress was fantastic and made up for it and thefood was 10/10 the Belgian waffle was the best I?ve had in a long time. The hash browns could have been a bit softer but theywere still delicious. My visits lately compared to a year ago. Now: friendly staff. Clean tables/floors/lobby/parking lot. HOT FOOD. -> And it?s made... EXACTLY how I ask <- Prices are still decent. They even have a new loyalty point system where you get I think 3 points per $5you spend. And at 15 points you get a free stack of silver dollar hotcakes. A year ago: I was cussed out by the waitress,because I had an issue with hair in my food. Like, it came from the middle part of my omelet, IN FRONT OF THE SERVER as she wasasking me if I needed anything else. The manager was so overworked and overwhelmed at the time, all she could do was say she wassorry and take half my meal off. I got about half my hash browns and maybe 3 bites of my eggs and there?s no way I?m eatinganything else after that. It grosses me out so bad. So I really shouldn?t have paid at all. Maybe for my drink. And I mean, justoverall it?s a completely different restaurant. Probably all new staff and management. So whoever is responsible for thechange? THANK YOU!!! The service was not the best. 1st of all when they seated us they gave us the menu with plastic utensils.and when we ask for... real silverware.the server told us that they did not have any more clean silverware. So because of that we order a meal for oneinstead of two. I have been going to Ihop for years and this is the first time we run across one with such a poor service. Read more
Ordered a online pickup order, went there and waited in the parking lot for 20 minutes, when no one answered I walked in and... proceeded to wait another 20 minutes for my meal, I had 3 different people ask me what my name and order was and no one broughtback my food. When I finally did get my food they forgot a item so I had to wait a little bit longer for that item as well. WhenI got home the pancakes we ordered where terrible, and tasted like they had been sitting for over a hour. would have been betteroff going to McDonald?s. Read more
I've never had a bad meal at this IHOP. The food, service, and overall atmosphere is ALWAYS FANTASTIC!!!! There are quite a few... places for breakfast type foods in the area but this is our go to place. It's always clean. Always quick! Can't wait to visitsoon! Read more
Traveling alone for work and I stopped to get breakfast here. Not once did my server come to check on me (I could see her... actively engaging with her other tables). It took an hour to get my food, and when I did get it, it was all cold. Other than theeggs. Those were pretty good. Overall, I wasn't treated with as much attention or friendliness as the couples/groups that camein. Read more
