Went to dinner last night with our 3 boys. Our youngest who is 3 and high functioning autistic it is always a gamble on how he... will behave. Well can I just say the lady working at the hostess stand is everything! She took the time to make him feelcomfortable even having him hold her hand as we walked to the table. He was all smiles. Simple gestures like that go a long way.Thank u to that lady at the hostess stand. Food and chef was also great. Read more
Worst dining experience ever.. we love sushi and have eaten it in places all over the country. my raw sushi came to our table... WARM! Fish included! When we tried to return it the cook tried to fight us, literally! our server was elsewhere so we asked forassistance from a group of employees a few tables away. The guy who came to our table we told him the sushi was warm not chilled( which will cause bacteria growth) he said he was the chef and immediately became loud and defensive. He told us it was therice and it was supposed to be warm. Politely, I tried to explain that it was the whole roll fish and cream cheese included notjust the rice. He told us we still had to pay for it ( I took 1 bite) and we didn't know anything about sushi and needed tolearn how to eat sushi he was still rude and loud saying he worked with iron chef so we should just listen to him and eat it.. we got up and went to leave and he started following us still yelling, then got in our faces and acted like he wanted tofight us because of it. It was a full screaming match in the restaurant and came incredibly close to being a fist fight all dueto us attempting to return unsafe food. After years of restaurant and customer service experience my husband and I understandfood safety and tend to be more patient and polite so naturally I was appalled by this reaction. Yummy hibachi! I got the fillet mignon and shrimps with fried rice. I got the ranch dressing with the salad and the hubby got... the ginger salad dressing and we got shrimp tempura as an appetizer. The onion soup was superb today. The onion taste waspungent and we love that! The hibachi chef was very talented. Our server was attentive to our needs. One thing that I wish thisrestaurant would do is offer yum-yum sauce as a dipping sauce option immediately and one did not need to request it. Read more
So much for the Hibachi experience I was hoping for in Little Rock as I am here for business travel. Paid for TWO fillets medium... and I am staring at steak cooked to leather. The chef was non interactive, they charge for yum yum sauce and I didn?t even getthe extra zucchini I ordered. My waiter was great and attentive. Probably the best part of my experience. I do not think I willbe back for an unpleasant experience when I pay this amount of money. Read more
Service was great. The show our cook put on was so much fun :) and the Food was absolutely delicious plus the dude who seated us... was super adorable. Our waiter, Mitchell was very kind and attentive. The food was great and fantastic! This restaurant, I recommended that... everyone would like it. They even use high quality meat and vegetables than other hibachi restaurants! This place is verygreat, and I hope this review really helped you guys out on choosing a hibachi restaurant. Conveniently located in the shopping within 6 miles of Camp Robinson. It's a traditional looking hibachi restaurant. I did not... explore the actual hibachi entertainment. I highly recommend the salmon with fried rice and vegetables. It also comes with soupand salad The price was about $25. I was very satisfied and washed it down with a beer.
