Your babies will have fun but if you think this is the place from when your kids were kids, it's not. No "live band". No ball... pit. The staff dressed up as the characters to sing ( bad idea because the staff clearly did not want to) you have to buy time,not tokens, to play the games. This is by far a better Chuck E. Cheese than the one in Little Rock. My son was kicked out of the other location twice because... of his disability. NLR Chuck E. Cheese went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. My kid was able to be a kid.Literally. The staff was not rude nor ghetto like the people on shackleford. If you have disabled children this is the one youcome to. It wasn?t just an act they were sincerely happy to serve us. We went on a weekday for our daughters 5th birthday. Literally 40% of the games didn?t work and 40% of the other games wanted... you to play for 10-30 seconds to win a ticket amount that never amounted to anything. The other 20% were toddler rides orskee-ball (and you were lucky if you found a machine that had all the balls so you could actually play your whole game). Wasteof money. Read more
This chuck e cheese was awesome. I wont be going back to the one in little rock. It was clean and the employees were so helpful... and nice. No wait at all to order. They were walking around making sure everyone was having a good time and the games wereworking. They were constantly cleaning up and the restrooms were very clean. The employees were so friendly and didnt try torush my kids at the ticket counter. I jusy wish it was more affordable chuck e cheese should not be that expensive. But i willsay this place has a good crew and hopefully they get a raise or something they deserve it. Read more
The pizza was surprisingly delicious! A big improvement from 20 years ago ???? Chuck E Cheese was a little out of shape ???? but... the kid's had a ball! Kinda like a kiddie casino ???????? it gave me Vegas vibes ????,I'm going back just for the ???? and thesalad bar????! This was my first time as a parent to have one of my kids birthday party celebrations at Chuck E. Cheese ???? & I have to say... that I'm so glad we decided to do it this year because it was nice to see how much fun my birthday boy was having & it was evenbetter because one of the few kids he invited came to his party & they were inseparable the entire time they were able to playgames (2 full hours of continuous games is what any 5 or 6-year-old kids probably dream of for their birthday every year! ????LOL! ???????????????????? I scheduled his party all online which was super simple& easy to do in just a few minutes! Of course,I had to pay a $50 deposit fee to hold his spot & if we had decided to go celebrate somewhere else for some reason, then I wouldhave been out of the $50 since it's not refundable whether the party happens or not... Plus, they included 2 medium pizzas, 2pitchers of our choice of drinks for the party kids, single cups of dipping dots ice cream, & they even let us pick a theme forhis birthday cake ???? & to my surprise... The cake was pretty darn good & the kids loved it also! They gave our birthday boy agold medal necklace that says "It's My Birthday" + he got a cool rubber wristband to play any game he wants for a full 2 hours!!Chuck E. Cheese ???? & others came out to sing & dance with the birthday party, take pix with the kids, & sang the HappyBirthday song with us before he could blow out his candles!! Oh & when you have a birthday party, they also assign a waitress tobe there for our party & guests, which was a way more enjoyable experience for me & my husband to be able to just get to havefun & not have to worry about anything else... So, I can't say enough good things about our first-party experience & we alsoenjoyed seeing the joy & excitement of our 2 kiddos!! P.S. I have to mention that the birthday boy also was given a thousandtickets, plus however many he got from all the games they played!! Read more
We had my daughter's 6 birthday here today and it was fantastic all the kids had a huge blast from start to finish. The staff... was very friendly and customer service was spot on. The lady I had helping manage the party did a wonderful job keeping up witheverything and being there for any questions or concerns the parents had will most definitely be going back in the future.
