The cashier Carolyn was so rude, I kept saying "Miss, Miss" but she wouldn't answer. Me and my sister wanted a cheeseburger with... ketchup and pickles only, but she kept saying she couldn't change the order and after a while she didn't even answer me. Worst Burger King I have ever been to. Food was cold, no napkins, no ketchup and the only ketchup left was fermented. Had good... customer service from one employee, but horrible service from another one on her phone giving you attitude when you ask forstuff, restaurant is not the cleanest inside either. Read more

It has its ups and downs. It depends on who's working. There are times I've been there and I seen lazy people not wanting to do... the job and the manager happened to do everything so I just walked out the door. Order 2 $5.99 Big wopper meals with cheese. They didn't have it posted or did they say they were charging $2.80 for two slices... of cheese for the burgers...Outrageous for cheese. Never will go back again. Read more
