I drive thru most often in the mornings and the staff and service are great. The food is good too.
What's up with this location? 8pm and the doors are locked!! Looked inside and only see 1 person walking around that worked... there. 5 cars in the parking lot. Supply chain? Lack of employees? What gives? Why not just close down!! Read more

Yet again I gave burger kind a chance and the Gift card I was using for payment was showing an amount on the app and they... couldn't seem to get any information handled for me. Just directed to tell me to call the number on the back after displaying mypersonal phone through the drive through to show them the balance . They shrugged me off like I was no it worth time. I proceedto get my food and the drive thru clerk was so annoyed and acted like she couldn't believe I was tripping over $8.98 meal. I'm asingle woman. Struggling to make ends meet. Tried their Whopper meal twice in the last 2 weeks. Both times, the hamburger patty and the fries were cold. Ate half of the... burger and one french fry (fries were overly salted too). Hoping I don?t get food poisoning . Saw 3 employees just standingaround, so lack of workers is not an excuse for the poor quality food and service at this location. There were no cars in linebefore or after me at 6PM. That alone should have been a red flag Rated them 1star because ZERO stars wasn?t an option. Read more
Moldy bread on a $2 hotdog. After a rude response to asking if military discount was offered, your food better be on point!... Willing to overlook the stale fries and food falling out of wrappers in the bag, but moldy food has the potential to make folkssick! Stay away from this BK location! Read more
This location has decent service, and decent food, but it is not my top pick for fast food in the area. My main issue is that... the customer service is not great. However, despite being clearly unhappy, the staff is relatively efficient and alwaysaccurate with orders. Read more
