They are very good at upselling. The cupcakes are massive but affordable and delicious. I also love that they have a new flavor... every week, and my only complaint is that there's no variety besides that one per week. Every place has the same flavors, and Iwould like to see some new items introduced after going to 3 different locations in different states in 2 years. The ice creamis also a must. Read more
The ice cream is pretty good. Not as good as it was when they first opened. Gave them 3 stars because although the desserts are... good, its super awkward trying to decide on what to get when the employees ask a million questions about your day while you?reordering. I understand wanting a welcoming atmosphere but they?re super aggressive with the questions and the conversation isforced. It?s like that every time I visit. I never leave reviews but I had to for JadaWayda. It was my first time there, I had an outrageous sweet tooth and she definitely... took care of me. Super sweet, very attentive, informative and personable. I rarely leave tips for to go order but I definitelyleft one for her. Cupcake and ice cream was so good!
