I love the depot. I worked at one and grew up with it. 7:00 July 12th 2022 my grandmother went in the North Liberty Depot... because she wanted to treat us to some pizza. She insisted on picking it up herself and has never felt so rudely treated in herlife. The two men who worked there are the absolute worst. They treat customers like garbage, i've noticed it when i go in andshe was fuming by the time she got back. The people who work there hate their life and take it out on customers. The pizza wasfine but the people are horrendous. Get rid of those employees, they will destroy what could be such a good business. Read more
I've been there twice in the past week.. I hate places where they just ignore you and you have to ask for help. It happened... again the 2nd time tonight.. The guy at the register was rude and ignored me as if I shouldn't been there. Kwik Star stationsare coming to this area, and will put places like this out of business. Read more
An exceptionally clean and modern station with a full kitchen and single-use restrooms. Tons of parking and a clean parking lot.... Large selection of convenience store staples, supermarket dry goods, and hot food. Staff was extremely friendly and polite andmade me feel welcome. Read more
I was trying to get gas at this location and I was having trouble with the pump, I had inserted my card to prepay and selected... which gas I needed and then the pump would not pump gas. I went inside to get help and let the employee know that it had put a$125 charge on my credit card but didn't allow me to pump any gas. She was immediately rude to me and basically said that I wasdumb and that it was just a temporary hold, I said that is fine but it won't let me pump any gas. She then made me prepay at thesame pump so I did, went back out and it still would not work. I went back inside and then she said, that pump must not beworking, and made me switch to a different one... she was very rude and condescending, I went in to tell her it wasn't workingand she acted like it was my fault even though it clearly wasn't.
