Terrible customer service. I normally never do reviews but the server was terrible. We left before our sandwiches were finished.

This was the last straw having to deal with bad customer service. I ordered through the app and as usual the employees don't... want to fix any mistakes and they act like the app isn't their problem. However tonight the employee working couldn't care lessto fix anything and was extra nasty and dismissive So I won't be ordering at this location anymore so I won't have to deal withemployees who don't want to be there and make it seem that customers who order through the app aren't real customers even ifthey spend the same money as any other customer. Ordered 2 Italian BMT sandwiches through drive thru, requested very little salt, and ultimately got a salt sandwich. Has... happened twice now. A ridiculous amount of salt BOTH times that made the food hard to eat. Has to be on purpose because it?shappened more than once, & nobody puts that much salt on a sandwich. Awful Read more

Great service, friendly staff. My new friend David makes a Philly special sub that is out of this world and should be a... permanent menu item. If your there ask for David and give it a try. You won't regret it. Read more

Arrived at lunch on a Saturday to a small line of people and two girls behind the counter. The sandwich making duo clearly... couldn't be bothered to be speedy, friendly, or even attempt any sort of multi tasking. With three orders ahead of us, a familyof four and two groups of two, it took my partner and I 20 minutes to walk out with our food. It was comical to see just howlittle they cared about meeting the demand of the small rush. I had to laugh to keep from saying something critical out loud. We were pressed for time so the whole affair was punctuated by the fact our eyes were on the clock We like subway so we willkeep going but I just had to call out the experience. A little hustle goes a long way for your lunch crowd to see you are doingyour best. But putting on gloves and taking them off at a pace that almost nearly seems you are doing it out of spite caninspire people to just walk out. I go to Subway pretty often, but only been to this outlet twice. First was a completely new employee, it was literally their... first day, so her mistakes were very understandable and no big deal, but the manager on staff didn't seem willing to step in tocorrect her in any way despite standing nearby. Today my experience was entirely negative. Ingredients were haphazardly thrownon my sandwich, in the wrong amounts at that, with no care for placement or portion sizes. I ordered two subs, and ingredientswere often added to the wrong sub first before being moved as well. Overall, go to a different outlet, this one's a dud. Read more

My wife and we?re there this morning and we were very surprise, it looked like the night crew didn?t pick up or clean and... today?s day crew didn?t care. Missing food items, at the end of other food items, , and some that looked dirty and with one itemthere flies on it. If we didn?t say something we felt he would have done nothing. This establishment should be better than this.We will give Subway another chance/opportunity, we hope it will be extremely better, it?s good for the people of NL to havechoices, good choices.
