I honestly felt bad for the guy at the window- pretty sure he was the only one working in the back, service was soooo slow, when... we did get our food 15 min later( we were 1st in line) it wasn't great... not sure I'll go back again. Food was just thrown in bag my chicken sandwich was a mess maynaise everywhere if the workers put as much energy into making... good food as they do trying to change they're voice to sound female or dying they're hair for attention , I guess this is whatya get these days good help is hard to find. I love Arby's but not when everything I eat from there is out of stock for months. I know it's not a supply issue as the ones... in Cedar rapids do not have this issue. Clearly a management issue. Love this place as it's 5 minutes from work but seriouslyget your menu items back in stock Read more
Food was good and hot, pulled us forward but took quite some time? didn?t specify to pull to the door. We did get a wrap, it was... well made. Which made it really easy and convenient to eat on the road with out the mess! Read more

The people working seemed very nice, but that's were it ended. The Chicken Cheddar Ranch left me disappointed to say the least.... The fries were like 3/4 cooked and have to wait 15 min was way to long. I should've just got the classic roast beef and beenhappy. Read more
Sat at the drive through speaker for 3 minutes and then someone ask if I need help choosing something. Ordered and got my... drinks right away! Then, sat for 9 minutes and had to flag them down to get my food. Workers were in there not exactlyworking. Last time I go. Sat in the drive through for over 10 minutes. Only 2 cars in front of me.
