Terrible service. I placed an online order that was supposed to take 35-45 minutes. It's been an hour and a half and the order... is still not delivered. When I called to check the status of the order, I was put on hold for 5 minutes and then hung up on. Icalled back and was told the order had left the store already and that they were busy. When I asked how long ago the order leftthe store, I was told there was no way for them to know. Your time will be wasted if you order at this location. Additionalhour has passed and there was no delivery. Called the store to find out that they delivered it to the wrong home. Was toldnobody at the store could authorize a refund and I should call a manager in 2 days. Worst service. Read more
We are long time customers of Pizza Hut because they have consistently provided a good product with good customer service.... However, this latest pizza was delivered upside-down and prior to delivery, the driver had the pizza tucked under his arm on theside. Read more

The whole night crew was ghetto & unprofessional, except the one guy working the other register. There were 2 girls, and one guy... taking orders. The brown skinned taller girl with the artificial long dreads, was talking loud on her personal phone in frontof customers, using profanity, just had no regards to being at work. I ordered cinnamon sticks and they were not done!!! Waitedalmost 45 minutes. Overall, the only person that stood out with some decency was the guy that was there. He was professional &had a good attitude about being there. Whereas l, the one chick complained that they had ?too many orders?. Just loud & beingvery obnoxious in front of customers. I think it?s pretty clear what?s wrong with the pizza. They RECYCLE pizza slices! I ordered a pan pizza and you can tell which... slices were replaced. I really don't know why this location has many bad reviews, for my experiences here have been pleasant. My orders are always... delivered on time and everything I have ordered from them is fresh and delicious. My favorite is their freshly baked brownieswith Hershey's chocolate chips. Ordered here twice and its very unprofessional. My first order was a Detroit style pizza and I can only assume they didn't have... the rectangle pizza and made me two hand tossed crust. If you know the Detroit Style pizza has sauce on top because of thethickness of the crust, well these people decided to add sauce on top of a hand tossed pizza which drowned everything. Nocommunication to me that there were no rectangle pizza and no choice to add all of that additional sauce to the top of my pizza.The second attempt to order from this location was when they released the melts. Well, were supposed to get two in each orderand we only received one. I suggest no one to pay for their orders until you look at your completed order because the kids thatwork there aren't capable of communicating nor processing order properly which is a reflection on management.
