McDonald?s North Lauderdale what is the point of ordering at the voice box if your tellers are just going to ask me 10 questions... once I get to the window, I was asked 5x if my order was one cheeseburger or two and then I was asked another 3x if my ordercontained a drink smh. It never fails! Everytime I come to this location my order is NEVER correct and I?m missing items. They always ask me what sauce... would I like with my order just to end up putting no sauce in the bag. like are you serious ?? I asked the young lady at thewindow for the sauce and she handed me a crushed open sauce packet with an attitude. McDonald?s never fail.. I?m over here trying to enjoy my Big Mac. I took the first bite and noticed it tasted weird . I knew... something was missing. Turns out it was my burger patties. HOW DOES ONE FORGET THE PATTIES??? I would understand if it wasprobably the mac sauce or the lettuce that was missing but The burger?? Today reminded me why I NEVER go to McDonald?s. I went through the drive-through to get my kids a McFlurry. When I got to the... window to get my order what they gave me were two small vanilla sundaes with some cookie crumbs sprinkled on top. I proceeded totell the young lady in the window this is not what I ordered. She (with an attitude) told me it was a Mcflurry. I then asked herif they no longer use the machine to mix the cookies into the ice cream she said they use their hand and that she could mix itwith a spoon if I needed it. Since when is this a Mcflurry? I paid three dollars and change each for a dollar sundae with alittle cookies on top. Absolutely ridiculous. If they would have given me a logical reason as to why they had to pass this offas a Mcflurry instead of being condescending and trying to convince me that it was a Mcflurry when it clearly is not I probablywouldn?t have been so upset. I want thank Mc Donald?s team for working hard to make my food and drinks . I leave next to this plaza and order almost... everyday. I was a witness of their costumer screaming and biting a counter 2 minutes after ordering ?Where is my food, there isonly kids work here !? . I don?t understand why everyone thinks that it?s okay to yell at restaurant employees. Be thankful tothose who show up to work now it?s so hard to find an employee, and treat people with respect. Employees of this location veryprofessionally handling this rude customers, but I feel like customers like this should be asked to leave immediately. Read more
Every time I eat something from this McDonald?s the food is poorly made and that?s a understatement. Just bought some McNuggets... for my little cousin and she told me the nuggets were raw. Please have more consideration when making McNuggets especially.. Igenuinely love them. God bless Read more
