I had a coupon for a free kids cone. The young man told me it was for a free kids scoop even though the coupon said ?FREE KIDS... CUP OR CONE?. I used these same coupons a couple of months ago (they are monthly coupons). The young man scanned the coupon andsaid it was already used, which is impossible because it was brand new out of my coupon book. Then he told me I had to pay forthe cone, which I did not have to do the last time. I showed him the coupon that clearly stated free kids cone. He just lookedat me with a blank stare. He told me the cake cone was $1.06. That is not true, my friend has the same coupon book she has usedoften, and never had a problem. I was kind even though the customer service was terrible. I have gone through the drive throughoften for coffee with no problems. Just hoping the owner of the franchise can teach the employees to care about their customers. Read more
It was a very busy time. I felt they were trying to do the best they could given the number of staff. I got there a little... after 11 AM on Monday. The reason for the 4 stars, which should actually be 3 1/2, is that the woman working the window washaving a temper tantrum, throwing things down and yelling. I was glad I came inside. Read more
The place got a nice upgrade but they should?ve also upgraded their workers. They?re rude and always have a problem with people... for no reason. Today I ordered a meal on the app, show up 15 minutes later and the only thing they had made was my coffee. Iwould understand if they were busy but no one else was there. Im gonna start back driving over to the Powerline location. It?sout of the way but they always get my order right and act normal towards customers. Not like someone?s ready to pick a fightwith them. On my days off we go to Dunkin for Breakfast. Today was not cool at all !!! They tell us to park and we have to wait more o less... 4 minutes. NOT GOOD !!! We came back to This Dunkin location .on 4/24/2022 We spended 30 minutes in lane, the worse partof the waiting was to heard your employee complaining about been working on Sundays, ( he was wearing a Miami Heat Jacket) Manager didn't do anything about it. ( Donovan ) I love Dunkin ice Caramel ... however They didn't have it. ( 2day's) I work in the restaurant industry. I am very upset with the time wasted ???? I expecting D.M or owner to reach tome. New:To add to this: They need to go through a course of customer service. I don't see myself coming here anymore. 1Month Old:... I'm not sure if they are under staff or not, but I've given them many chances. The wait is toooo long for on the go ordrive-thru. Also light(less) ice mean less not standard ice. I just got this and did not feel like returning it given that Iwait awhile for it and I was thirsty.. That's a standard amount of ice...No ice next time. Read more
This location moves pretty fast for drive thru. Now if you come inside, you may have to watch plenty of employees carrying on... conversations instead of making your order. You may see an employee just staring at you. Honest to God though, I?ve never had abad order from here, so thank you. I would keep the side conversations to a minimum though, it looks and is very unprofessional.Also 8:30-10am is rush hour. There will be a long drive thru line. I have mixed feelings about DD; I love the coffee, but hate the food. I love the convenience and perks from the app, but hate... how out of sync it is with the many locations I frequent... My #1 preference is a large machiato with skim milk and only 2 pumpsof French Vanilla flavor! There's one really important thing, there was an employee at one of the university locations that sawme during a huge breakdown, took me to talk in private, shared her story which really encouraged me, gave me a free dozen andlater helped me search door to door for my runaway teen... Newly renovated, really nice inside. Service was pretty good! They had my favorite flavor and I was so happy!
